Port: ND’s self-righteous lawmakers unwittingly aligned themselves with communist China today
MINOT, N.D. — That our Legislature has, this year, been frequently waylaid by fracas around culture war trivialities is evident by the fact that they can’t get their work done. Things are so dysfunctional they’ve resorted to a procedural trick allowing them to do committee work without it counting toward their 80-day constitutional limit.
Though, it must be said the expense of these legislative days still counts for the taxpayers.
Today, though, the Legislature held floor sessions and managed to somehow plumb new depths of inanity.
