For The Left Gosnell's Victims Were Just Fetuses

Kermit Gosnell today got three convictions for first-degree murder. Now, to be clear, the victims of those murders were three of the hundreds of children Gosnell killed through decapitation and other methods.

But you couldn’t tell that from the way the left is reacting to the sentencing.

According to the New York Times, Gosnell’s victims were just “fetuses…removed from their mothers.”

Planned Parenthood took to Twitter to celebrate the conviction for the sake of Gosnell’s women victims – which is understandable enough – but no mention of the victims he was convicted of murdering:

NARAL, too, couldn’t bring themselves to mention the babies:

Kermit Gosnell has been found guilty and will get what he deserves. Now, let’s make sure these women are vindicated by delivering what all women deserve: access to the full range of health services including safe, high-quality and legal abortion care.

At National Review, Kathryn Jean-Lopez provides some context:

He was found guilty of three counts of first-degree murder — of Baby A, C, and D.

Baby A, we were told, Gosnell joked was “big enough to walk you to the bus stop.”

Baby C’s arm was seen moving.

Baby D struggled to get out of the box he was put in.

This is what the left is on the abortion issue. A bunch of monstrous flat-earthers unwilling to acknowledge the reality of Gosnell’s victims because doing so might not be convenient for their political narratives.
