Better for Internet users: Big business or big government?

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. — The future of net neutrality may come down to a showdown between big business and big government, and Internet users are almost certain to be caught in the middle.
The Obama administration, this week, announced plans to have the Federal Communications Commission jump into the debate over who should regulate the world wide web.
