GOP’s Lee Terry using Ashford’s ‘promotion’ to raise cash

Well that didn’t take long.
Only hours after Brad Ashford was added to a key Democratic Party money making list his GOP opponent, Rep. Lee Terry, was trying to use the news against Ashford.

Following Friday’s word that the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee was officially pushing Ashford, Terry’s new campaign manager called the DCCC’s move “bad news” because if Ashford wins Nancy Pelosi will once again be Speaker of the House.
That message jump started a Team Terry weekend email move to raise $10,000.
At last report Terry said they “were only $1,185″ from that 10K.
