Courts offer homeschoolers zilch, expert says: Is this a NeoNazi policy?

Germany and to a lesser degree France, have decided that the state must have total legal rights over all children within their country, they may dictate exactly how children are raised and if the parents fail to submit to the will of the state; then the state may arrest the parents, levy heavy fines, seize their homes and other assets, and they may permanently remove the children from their homes. The main issue at stake this time involves home-schooling, but it’s implications are much greater.

I Find this very troubling for several reasons:
1. What happens in Europe often, within a short time frame changes our laws in this country.
2. Our SCOTUS now unconstitutionally appeals to International Laws to interpret our Constitution, meaning they could apply this doctrine of the state literally owning all children in their future decisions.
3. This represents a clear hostility towards religion, which is even impacting the laws in this country. (Although I suspect they will not dare be so heavey handed with Muslims)
4. This takes the idea of Nanny State to a whole new level, taking total control of our children away from us from even before birth until they are of age or emancipated.

Please don’t be fooled, the Democrats have long worked through the NEA to take away all control of our children in this country and what Germany is doing today will be here very soon.
