Since I am just too dumb to figure it out, who was the last (or first..??)?

Buy American, Buy Union Made… the job you save might be your own.

Sort of like Caterpillar here in York PA.  They saved a lot of jobs didn’t they?  However, none for us here as the company packed up and moved out.  $20.00/hr plus broom pushers in 1990 was just too much.  Keep paying your dues and drinking the juice they ask you to swallow.
