Judge Sotomayor, a New York native, ruled on a Second Circuit Appeals Court panel that the Second Amendment is not a fundamental right and does not apply to the states in the case of Maloney v. Cuomo. This ruling is in direct conflict with a Ninth Circuit Court ruling in the Nordyke v. King case in California that the Second Amendment is incorporated through the due process clause of the Fourteenth Amendment.

Sona Sotomayor is a graduate from Princeton University, where her legal thesis included Race in the American Classroom, and Undying Injustice: ‘‘Exceptionalism’’ and Permanent Bigotry, and Deadly Obsession: American Gun Culture. In this text Sotomayor explained that the Second Amendment to the Constitution did not actually afford individual citzens the right to bear arms, but only conferred organizations, like the military. Instead of making guns illegal, she argues they have been illegal for individuals to own since the passing of the Bill of Rights.

And in comparison to what my mother earns and how I was raised, it’s not modest at all.”[5]

Sotomayor was thus nominated on November 27, 1991, by President George H. W. Bush to a seat on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York vacated by John M. Walker, Jr.[4] Senate Judiciary Committee hearings, led by a friendly Democratic majority, went smoothly for her in June 1992, with her pro bono activities winning praise from Senator Ted Kennedy and her getting unanimous approval from the committee.[5][57][59] Then a Republican senator blocked her nomination and that of three others for a while in retaliation for an unrelated block Democrats had put on another nominee.[57][60] D’Amato objected strongly;[60] some weeks later, the block was dropped and Sotomayor was confirmed by unanimous consent[43][57] by the full United States Senate on August 11, 1992, and received her commission the next day…”

In her senior thesis at Princeton, Michele Obama, the wife of Barack Obama stated that America was a nation founded on “crime and hatred”. Moreover, she stated that whites in America were “ineradicably racist”.The 1985 thesis, titled “Princeton-Educated Blacks and the Black Community” was written under her maiden name, Michelle LaVaughn Robinson.

Michelle Obama stated in her thesis that to “Whites at Princeton , it often seems as if, to them, she will always be Black first...” However, it was reported by a fellow black classmate, “If those “Whites at Princeton “ really saw Michelle as one who always would “be Black first,” it seems that she gave them that impression”.

Most alarming is Michele Obama’s use of the terms “separationist” and “integrationist” when describing the views of black people.

Mrs. Obama clearly identifies herself with a “separationist” view of race.

“By actually working with the Black lower class or within their communities as a result of their ideologies, a separationist may better understand the desperation of their situation and feel more hopeless about a resolution as opposed to an integrationist who is ignorant to their plight.”

Obama writes that the path she chose by attending Princeton would likely lead to her “further integration and/or assimilation into a white cultural and social structure that will only allow me to remain on the periphery of society; never becoming a full participant.”

Michele Obama clearly has a chip on her shoulder.

Not only does she see separate black and white societies in America, but she elevates black over white in her world.

Here is another passage that is uncomfortable and ominous in meaning:

“There was no doubt in my mind that as a member of the black community, I am obligated to this community and will utilize all of my present and future resources to benefit the black community first and foremost.”

What is Michelle Obama planning to do with her future resources if she’s first lady that will elevate black over white in America?

The following passage appears to be a call to arms for affirmative action policies that could be the hallmark of an Obama administration.

“Predominately white universities like Princeton are socially and academically designed to cater to the needs of the white students comprising the bulk of their enrollments.”

The conclusion of her thesis is alarming.

Michelle Obama’s poll of black alumni concludes that other black students at Princeton do not share her obsession with blackness. But rather than celebrate, she is horrified that black alumni identify with our common American culture more than they value the color of their skin.?”I hoped that these findings would help me conclude that despite the high degree of identification with whites as a result of the educational and occupational path that black Princeton alumni follow, the alumni would still maintain a certain level of identification with the black community. However, these findings do not support this possibility.”

Is it no wonder that most black alumni ignored her racist questionnaire. Only 89 students responded out of 400 who were asked for input.

Michelle Obama does not look into a crowd of Obama supporters and see Americans. She sees black people and white people eternally conflicted with one another.

The thesis provides a trove of Mrs. Obama’s thoughts and world view seen through a race-based prism.

This is a very divisive view for a potential first lady that would do untold damage to race relations in this country in a Barack Obama administration.

Michelle Obama’s intellectually refined racism should give all Americans pause for deep concern.

Provide some “common-sense” enforcement on gun licensing

Q: When you were in the state senate, you talked about licensing and registering gun owners. Would you do that as president?

A: I don’t think that we can get that done. But what we can do is to provide just some common-sense enforcement. The efforts by law enforcement to obtain the information required to trace back guns that have been used in crimes to unscrupulous gun dealers. As president, I intend to make it happen. We essentially have two realities, when it comes to guns, in this country. You’ve got the tradition of lawful gun ownership. It is very important for many Americans to be able to hunt, fish, take their kids out, teach them how to shoot. Then you’ve got the reality of 34 Chicago public school students who get shot down on the streets of Chicago. We can reconcile those two realities by making sure the Second Amendment is respected and that people are able to lawfully own guns, but that we also start cracking down on the kinds of abuses of firearms that we see on the streets.

2000: Cosponsored bill to limit purchases to 1 gun per month

Obama sought gun control measures, such as a 2000 bill he cosponsored to limit handgun purchases to one per month (it did not pass). He voted against letting people violate local weapons bans in cases of self-defense, but also voted in 2004 to let retired police officers carry concealed handguns.

Concealed carry OK for retired police officers

Obama voted for a bill in the Illinois senate that allowed retired law enforcement officers to carry concealed weapons. If there was any issue on which Obama rarely deviated, it was gun control. He was the most strident candidate when it came to enforcing and expanding gun control laws. So this vote jumped out as inconsistent.

When I queried him about the vote, he said, “I didn’t find that [vote] surprising. I am consistently on record and will continue to be on record as opposing concealed carry. This was a narrow exception in an exceptional circumstance where a retired police officer might find himself vulnerable as a consequence of the work he has previously done--and had been trained extensively in the proper use of firearms.”

It wasn’t until a few weeks later that another theory came forward about the uncharacteristic vote. Obama was battling with his GOP opponent to win the endorsement of the Fraternal Order of Police.

Stop unscrupulous gun dealers dumping guns in cities

Q: How would you address gun violence that continues to be the #1 cause of death among African-American men?

A: You know, when the massacre happened at Virginia Tech, I think all of us were grief stricken and shocked by the carnage. But in this year alone, in Chicago, we’ve had 34 Chicago public school students gunned down and killed. And for the most part, there has been silence. We know what to do. We’ve got to enforce the gun laws that are on the books. We’ve got to make sure that unscrupulous gun dealers aren’t loading up vans and dumping guns in our communities, because we know they’re not made in our communities. There aren’t any gun manufacturers here, right here in the middle of Detroit. But what we also have to do is to make sure that we change our politics so that we care just as much about those 30-some children in Chicago who’ve been shot as we do the children in Virginia Tech. That’s a mindset that we have to have in the White House and we don’t have it right now.

Keep guns out of inner cities--but also problem of morality

I believe in keeping guns out of our inner cities, and that our leaders must say so in the face of the gun manfuacturer’s lobby. But I also believe that when a gangbanger shoots indiscriminately into a crowd because he feels someone disrespected him, we have a problem of morality. Not only do we need to punish that man for his crime, but we need to acknowledge that there’s a hole in his heart, one that government programs alone may not be able to repair.

Ban semi-automatics, and more possession restrictions

In an interview today with Dennis Prager, in crawling out from his selfimposed exile that he quickly entered through constantly tripping over his own lower lip, Dobson proves he hasn’t learned a blessed thing.

In fact, the only thing he has shown besides a love affair for any microphone or camera lens is the adamant disclaimer he offers each interviewer that he doesn’t speak for Focus on The Family. Only a legend in his own mind would mislead himself thinking anyone else apart from his followers give a rip what he says where the phone and e-mail systems of the group are nearly in as bad a shape as the senate phone system we crashed over the Shamnesty bill...for they both have reportedly received the same amount of vitriolic attention where his diligence in repeating his weasel clause confirms it.

Dobson pursued his political unimportance by lunching with Newt Gingrich in D.C. who later, on March 8th, confessed to adultery and discussed a divorce with his wife in her hospital room, post surgery. The point of bringing this back up is the context of events in the same month Dobson announced his ignorant and arrogant kafir towards Fred Thompson. In other words you may do what you wish if you bow down in tribute to JimmyGod but, hell hath no furry hotter for those with the strength to offer they need no such counsel.

At this point in time we found Jimmy Dobson’s political skin is as thin as his skull is thick. He ran for cover after the first and subsequent aspersions in lashing out at Thompson to disguise Jimmy’s uninformed and misplaced devotion to pro-life and marriage protection amendments. Thompson knew and recalled for all of us how we had once tried a pro-life amendment in having the majority of the legislature plus held the executive branch which we still fell far short of the super-majority votes required for it to pass. The NRLC learned from history in their endorsement of Thompson but then, what’s the cause of Dobson’s imbecility??

Therefore, chasing amendments or selling these pipedreams is not the honest, loyal and productive Thompson’s style and commitment but, it is for the likes of certain hardheaded evangelists and pandering presidential candidates devoid of moral compass in acquiring votes from the ignorantly but, passionately deceived. However, in the age of the internet, this provides no possible excuse of “misguidance” for those single-minded and priority challenged voters evidently incapable of their own governance.

To now whimper to the radio audience of Dennis Prager, "I’m expecting to being skewered...by just about everybody” doesn’t lend much sympathy in light of his record from those who care enough about our freedom to be informed. Within this same interview Jimmy offers that his conscience won’t allow him to vote for Juan McCain if he is the nominee.

So, Dobson does his very worst to discredit in attacking the one conservative in the race who knew what he was doing over Jimmy's demonstratably impossible agenda to now assure a Liberal victory by abstaining his vote and therein his blind flock are sure to follow...Baa, baa, baa.

This alleged leadership can’t be the price of something we’ve done, it must be the cost of apathy, of total neglect.

James C. Dobson is another example of what is so vividly wrong with conservative leadership. He offers an agenda that is impossible to obtain and yet in spite of the available information he certainly can acquire he continues to hold others up to a Don Quixote goal and refuses to join us in reality...that's not leadership, that's stagnation in futility.


This is the second exposure of alleged leadership in failing in as many days and a second warning in holding the leaders of our party fully accountable for their actions and now additionally, inactions.

Apparently oblivious to or trying to erase from our view the high price of his continuous rantings of insignificance against Fred Thompson and a wrongheaded support of a fringe candidate Vaguerie turns to us not to apologize for his wrongheadedness but, to point as if in a new direction he should have taken from the beginning…as if leading conservatives to join together instead of revealing exactly what cost us the 2008 election.

Richard A. Viguerie is an example of what is so vividly wrong with conservative leadership. He chased his fringe views in denying what is inherently correct only to spin around as if he never left our side…we watch and more importantly we see and remember.

Let this exposure serve as the first warning shot to our alleged leaders of our party where they will be held accountable for their actions.

Republicans no longer control the Republican Party and as a result, they can not advance a truly Republican candidate though the current liberal leaning primary process. By the time 99 percent of Republicans get a chance to vote in the primaries, all real Republicans have already been eliminated from the race. Lesser evil choices are all that remain by Super Tuesday…?

How it Happened

It happened by two important factors.

First, Republicans refused to unite behind any of the conservatives originally in the race. They were divided, and all of their candidates failed as a result.

Evangelicals think Pastor Huckabee is the real conservative in the race based solely upon his evangelical preaching from the stump. Fiscal conservatives think that business man Mitt Romney is the real conservative in the race. Anti-war isolationists think that Ron Paul is the real conservative in the race. Border security – national sovereignty conservatives thought that Duncan Hunter or Tom Tancredo were the real conservatives in the race. War on Terror hawks thought that Rudy Giuliani was the real conservative in the race and the base of the Republican Party, those who are fully conservative on all the above, thought Fred Thompson was the real conservative in the race…

We stepped up to the plate for Fred, now we’re going to take the steering wheel and drive on from there….hard drivin’.

John McCain is the ranking Republican on the Senate Armed Services Committee, so our friend works directly with McCain’s staff on a regular basis. I can’t really share any details, but his experience has been that McCain staffers are habitually heavy handed and abusive, using threats and intimidations to get what they want with complete and utter disregard and disrespect for people to the extent that it would make it very difficult to feel good about a McCain presidency. In my opinion SideshowBob has just written the most succinct article defining our recent history and current situation;


There have been more than a few recent articles and editorials attempting to affix blame for the demise of the Republican Party. Peggy Noonan blames President Bush. Rush Limbaugh believes a McCain nomination will kill the party. However, even in a worse case scenario, the Republican Party will probably stagger along for several years much like the last decade of the Whigs. Conservative Republicans should probably be more concerned about the impending demise of the conservative movement within the party. Some individuals can be blamed more than others, but this folly has many fathers. The latest blow to conservatives has come from within – thanks to Dr. James Dobson and other egotistical evangelicals. Political doomsayers may be correct and it is likely too late to save the conservative movement in 2008. Conservatives can correct their path to destruction for 2010 and beyond, but only if they look back at recent history, recognize the actions and actors that have brought the party and movement to this point, and to learn from a long series of missteps and mistakes.

Ronald Reagan built a winning coalition of conservatives, independents and establishment moderate Republicans in 1980. A coalition of social, economic and security conservatives had come together to form a plurality within the GOP and wrest leadership of the party from the establishment, moderate GOP. The Iran-Contra scandal (Mistake #1) weakened the coalition and the moderate wing of the party regained control of the GOP (Mistake #2), which led to the election of President George H.W. Bush (Mistake #3).

While the elder Bush had adopted – albeit reluctantly – many conservative ideals, he and the moderate GOP leaders advocated a “kinder, gentler” approach (Mistake #4).
