Based on how UPS scans, I would suspect that the package got left on the truck that runs from Memphis to Little Rock. While a package is on the truck, the truck is scanned and all the packages are listed with that scan. Since it didn’t make it to a delivery truck until two days later, it most likely wasn’t in Little Rock.
It is possible that it was scanned in Memphis and then didn’t get on the truck in the first place, so it was never credited with coming off the truck.
