I’ve been thinking of that.  Hopeless Hoeven has bungled every chance he has had for true reform.

Let’s see.  ND has Oil.  Lots of Oil.  ND has about the same Population.  ND has industry etc.  AND something AK doesn’t have.  Agriculture.

Still the taxes are higher in ND than most places in the nation, people’s pockets are continually picked.

And for you that live in the state of my youth, have you cashed that Oil dividend check yet. Oh didn’t get one?  Actually its a natural resource dividend depletion check.  Coal is a natural resource.  Like Oil. 

North Dakotans shouldn’t have to PAY taxes and wouldn’t if the state was run Palin wise.
