What if Alan Keyes wins this lawsuit?

Alan Keyes doesn’t believe Obama is qualified constitutionally to be president.  He has filed a lawsuit.

NOW.

Just suppose that Keyes wins in his allegation.

What happens then?

All you high powered constitutional scholars help me out here.  Obama can’t be sworn in.  Would Biden?  He wasn’t elected.  Obama was.  Would we have to have another election?  Would runner up McCain be installed?

What happens if Keyes wins and proves his case.

I really don’t know and would like to.

Anyone?
