Update on Army Spc. John Austin Johnson & family
Spc. Johnson weathered five roadside bomb attacks during two year long tours in Iraq and was wounded in the last attack, he is being treated at Brooke Army Medical Center for traumatic brain injury.
MonaLisa Johnson was on her way from El Paso with the couple’s three children to visit her husband, but she lost control of the vehicle and hit the shoulder, flipping and rolling at least four times. Logan Johnson, 2, and Ashley Johnson, 5, were thrown from the vehicle as it rolled and both were pronounced dead shortly after the accident. The mother suffered abrasions and contusions. Tyler Johnson, 9, suffered serious head injuries and was in critical condition in a medically induced coma late Monday at Children’s Medical Center in Dallas, Schmidt said.

This precious family lost it’s third child from the accident and the husband is still in bad condition, with Mona left alone to bear the burdens and the pain. How much must one family suffer in defense of liberty? Sometimes the price is very high indeed! This family needs your prayers!
