The Tree Octopus

Or rather the Pacific Northwest Arboreal Octopus, as it is formally known according to Conservapedia.com, is quite the unusual beast. Having checked out this picture, I am tempted to make a trip west this summer.

They also include the stuffed animal variety.

I’m sure that their scarcity is due to global warming / carbon emmissions / global corporate conspiracy involving the federal reserve bank.

I’m guessing that breaded and fried is still the best preparation method, though sauteed in butter is also acceptable.  Also served as a complementary fare with unicorn.
