The data seems to reflect that homosexuals are made, not born:

As the following letter from a seminarian indicates, some seminaries professors continue to spout homosexual propaganda: “Homosexuals are not ‘hard-wired’ to come out homosexual. That is a lie propagated by the gay agenda, and people have begun to believe it because the gay agenda has blasted society with it. No one is born gay. The evidence for psychological root causes of homosexuality far outweighs the inconclusive biological research. Consider Anna Freud, Reuben Fine, Irving Bieber, Charles Socarides, Masters and Johnson, Gerard van den Aardweg, Fr. Jeffrey Keefe, Conrad Baars ... the list goes on and on. I can add at least 20 more names to it easily, of people who have researched this field and point to psychological causes of homosexuality.” (“Change is Not Possible? Not all of the psychiatrists in the United States, however, are willing to promotion the homosexual propaganda. In fact, a study conducted in 1978 showed that 69% of American psychiatrists still regarded homosexuality as a pathological adaptation. A much more recent survey suggests that the majority of psychiatrists around the world continue to view same-sex behavior as signaling mental illness. Psychiatric research indicates that people with same-sex sexual behavior are at greater risk for psychiatric disorders. Also, gay, lesbian, bisexual, or not sure youth were 3.41 times more likely to report a suicide attempt than heterosexuals (American Medical Association (AMA) Archive, Pediatric Adolescent Medicine. 1999; 153:487-493).

The American bishops have been very selective about who they listen to. Experts such as Drs. Joseph A. Dilenno and Herbert F. Smith have largely been ignored because they believe that homosexuality is acquired. You would be hard-pressed to find an American bishop quoting words such as these: “Homosexuality is an acquired characteristic. Today [1979] there is a consensus on this among psychiatrists. It is generally agreed that homosexuality is one aspect of a personality problem. The most important causative factors are psychogenic. There have been many investigations into other causes, and many efforts to prove that the causative agent in homosexuality is genetic, or congenital, or biological, or chemical, or organic. Every one of these efforts has clearly failed…. Furthermore, a homosexual man has a definite identity. He is not a man who wants to be a woman. He is a man who prefers sex with men… There are no born homosexuals. It is an emotional disposition that is learned…. By destiny one is born a biological male or female, but to rightly fulfill one’s biological role requires learning… Homosexuality always involves arrested development, and probably always involves emotional disorder.” (Herbert F. Smith and Dilenno also note that “The two basic factors in a child’s development into a homosexual appear to be his failure to identify securely with the parent of the same sex, and his failure to have a happy relationship with the parent of the opposite sex. Though not every child who lacks these basic securities becomes homosexual, every homosexual manifests this lack.” (Herbert F. Smith and Joseph A. They further warn against allowing homosexuals into the priesthood: “In view of this evidence, it would be irresponsible for parents and society [bishops] not to protect impressionable young people from the homosexual ideology, the homosexual seducer, and the self-professed homosexual who applies for the sensitive post of teacher, priest, or youth guide.” (Herbert F. But how can this be? After all, did the American Psychological Association not suddenly declare homosexuals to be sane back in 1973?

The Victory Over Psychiatry (PDF)

Homosexual militants achieved a significant victory in 1973 when they succeeded in terrorizing the American Psychiatric Association (APA) into removing homosexuality as a mental disorder from the APA’s Diagnostic And Statistical Manual On Mental Disorders (DSM).

Homosexuals had lobbied the APA since 1971 and began disrupting APA meetings, grabbing microphones and shouting down any psychiatrist who considered homosexuality to be a mental disorder.

The tactics of 60s anti-war protesters worked. The APA caved and homosexuals have used this victory to proclaim that homosexual behavior is normal.

Pro-homosexual psychiatrist Dr. Ronald Bayer, writing in Homosexuality And American Psychiatry: The Politics Of Diagnosis said the APA decision was a political one, not a scientific one:

“The result [of the APA removal of homosexuality from the DSM] was not a conclusion based upon an approximation of the scientific truth as dictated by reason, but was instead an action demanded by the ideological temper of the times.”

The normalization of homosexuality by the politicized APA gave homosexual activists a propaganda weapon they have used ever since.

Dennis Altman, a radical homosexual activist who wrote a prophetic book titled, The Homosexualization of America, also wrote this passage:

“The seventies saw the beginning of the large- scale transition in the status of homosexuality from a deviance or perversion to an alternate lifestyle or minority, as remarkable a change in the characterization of ‘the homosexual’ as was the original invention of that category in the nineteenth century. Along with this change, homosexuals were being cast increasingly in the role of the vanguard of social and sexual change, worthy of considerable media attention.”

Thus, it is clear that nothing has changed about homosexuality in the 5,000 years that it has been deeply condemned in society.

What has changed is that the media have been taken over by homosexual propagandists, and instead of conveying the truth about homosexuality, they have become its champions.

Even worse than that, they have become guardians against any expose as to the dangerous reality that homosexuality presents to Greater Society.

I intend to add to the aforementioned sources numerous links and excerpts from links that demonstrate that homosexuality is closely tied to the seeking out of sex with young boys to teens, and that there has even been a reported rise in violent Lesbian Rape.

Thus, Western society has been subjected to a constant, one-sided propagandizing of the issue.

The media has presented a consistently false illusion of the normalcy of homosexuality.

I anticipate some virulent criticism from homosexuals and their cheerleaders, but, as Martin Luther once said:

“Here I stand; I can do no other.”

For a long time, Homosexuals and their apologists touted a vastly-inflated estimate of 10 percent of society is homosexual. The problem with that figure is that it was founded on the highly-flawed research of Dr. Alfred Kinsey (Sexual Behavior in the Human Male (1948) ) which relied upon several hundred male prostitutes as his sample population. More recent, and conventionally conducted studies have suggested that the actual figure varies between 1.7 to less than 1 percent of males being exclusively homosexual.


Homosexuality and Violence

Starting with a trickle of 2 or 3 murders/year in 1972 until dozens/year by the 1980s, he noted a recurrent pattern: Although the motive listed in the report was often robbery or theft, “about 50% of the time” it was also associated with homosexuality. Typically, a homosexual would meet someone at a bar or park and invite him to his home. Before the morning, an argument would ensue and he or his visitor would be dead.

There also appears to be a connection between the practice of violent sex and one’s willingness to deliberately infect someone else.

As further evidence of the abusive and violent nature of homosexuality, consider the inordinate percentage of homosexuals that comprise the top mass murderers in our nation’s history. The leading serial killers in the United States are all homosexuals


The Linkage between Homosexuality and Pederasty

Contrary to Homosexuals' public assertions, their propensity for CSA or Child Sexual Abuse is several orders of magnitude over that of Heterosexuals:

Child molestation and pedophilia occur far more commonly among homosexuals than among heterosexuals on a per capita basis, according to a new study.

Abel also found that non-incarcerated "child molesters admitted from 23.4 to 281.7 acts per offender … whose targets were males."

"The rate of homosexual versus heterosexual child sexual abuse is staggering," said Reisman, who was the principal investigator for an $800,000 Justice Department grant studying child pornography and violence. "Abel’s data of 150.2 boys abused per male homosexual offender finds no equal (yet) in heterosexual violations of 19.8 girls."

The average pederast molested an average of 150 boys, and each heterosexual pedophile molested an average of 20 girls, a ratio of 7.5 to one.

Homosexuals account for 1.6% of the population, but 18% of juvenile sexual assault victims are male...

Homosexuals overwhelmingly gravitate towards the very young to nearly-underage and are constantly advocating for the reduction of the age of consent laws. The politicized APA lent its weight to pro Man-Boy sex advocacy in the form of the Rind, et al (Bruce Rind, Philip Tromovitch and Robert Bauserman) study, which stood for the proposition that underage buttrape of little boys caused no lasting harm.

Researcher Stepanie Dallam criticized the Rind paper in detail based on extensive analysis in her 2001 paper published in the Journal of Child Sexual Abuse. Dallam stated in her report, "After careful examination of the evidence, it is concluded that Rind et al. can best be described as an advocacy article that inappropriately uses science in an attempt to legitimatize its finding

Thus, the APA cannot be trusted with even simple research at this point. They have, in fact, become so heavily invested in the political proposition that homosexuality is good, that they can no longer be considered a scientific authority on whether it is a mental condition or not.

“The health profile of gay/lesbian/homosexual residents was poorer than that of heterosexual / straight residents on: self-reported health; disability-related activity limitation; asthma; current and past tobacco smoking; anxious mood; 30-day binge drinking and substance use; and lifetime sexual assault victimization. In addition, lesbian/homosexual women were more likely to be obese than their heterosexual / straight female peers. Bisexual residents faired worse than heterosexual/straight residents in terms of: access to health insurance, as well as medical and dental providers; heart disease; anxious and depressed moods, 12-month suicidal ideation; current tobacco smoking, and lifetime and 12-month sexual assault victimization. In addition, bisexual women were more likely to report disability-related activity limitation, 30-day illicit drug use, and lifetime intimate partner violence victimization than heterosexual/straight women.”
