The Execution of Children Under Sharia Law in Iran
I have a Facebook friend from Iran. She writes pretty good English. This morning she posted a photo of a 17 year old boy who was executed yesterday by the Iranian Regime. His name was Behnood Shojaee. There are 160 children on death row in Iran. Iran is ruled by Islamic Sharia Law. Another child is scheduled to be killed next week.
To be clear, I am NOT an opponent of all capital punishment. I am an opponent of Child execution. There should be redemption and restoration for youthful indiscretions.
This appears to not have even been indiscretion. It was a fight outside a store where Behnood was trying to stop a fight.
