Some Bulltet Points

. The Republicans have an effective but overated GOTV Program.

. The Democrats have an effective GOTV program.

. There’s a new Carl Rove in town; his name is Rhanm Schumer.

. Relative to the Speaker Hastert Congress, the Speaker Pelosi Congress will have a very low bar to climb.

. Even to the last momments, the Republican party was giving issuies to the Democrats: Legislate something definitive against the damn robocalls.

. Independents yesterday: I’m here.

...Joe Lieberman won DESPITE his decision to stand by his vote giving Bush a green light to go into Iraq.

No offense anonomisly, but I have to use your post as an example.

“Some Bulltet Points” = Bullet

“desicevely” = decisively

Carl Rove” = Karl Rove

Rhanm Schumer” = what?

“momments” = moments

“issuies” = issues

**Now you know what I used to do when I edited submissions before these reader blogs. I put bullets through the errors.

LOL

”Rhanm Schumer” = what?

Neither Rhanm Emmanuel nor Chuck Scumer is as much of a political strategist as Karl Rove, but when put together as a team the outcome they’ve delivered seems as great.

Thank you, likwidshoe!  I’ve been dying to correct anonomisly’s errors, and to ask that he or she PLEASE proofread before hitting that submit button from now on.  Your comments are so full of errors that they are often impossible to understand.  Thank you.

Sparkie: Poor thing.  I never “picked on” your spelling; I merely pointed out that when you are trying to insult someone, spelling errors make you look silly, and spoil the effect you are trying to create.  You seem to lack the ability to make reasoned arguments, instead relying on insult, which makes you look pathetic, anyway.  The spelling errors are just icing on the cake.

Oh, be quiet you incessant dingleberry.

I don’t pick on anybody’s spelling (unless they ask for it by telling us how smart they are with a comment riddled with simple errors). We all make these kinds of mistakes from time to time. It’s not a big deal as long as the meaning is accurately conveyed.

My comment was an illustration of what I currently do on the front page, and how much more work it was before there were these reader blogs. Rob makes the occasional mistakes in regards to spelling and HTML or linking, but it is nothing like the mistakes that some of you guys consistently make.

Why are you so quick to pick a fight Sparkie Arbuckle? It’s not just a “sad, sad time” with you, it’s all of the time. It’s as if your goal is to be as dispiriting as possible.

Likwid: I only call out spelling errors when they are the key word in an insult, and their misspelling makes them appear foolish instead of the smartest guy in the room.
