SCOTUS Does It Again! Rules In Favor of Foreigners!

By the same 5 to 4 liberal majority that recently gave habeas corpus rights to Gitmo detainees, the Supreme Court ruled today that foreigners whose visas have run out can legally stay in the country while fighting deportation.

And there are still those who see no problem in letting Barack Obama appoint new justices for the next 4 to 8 years.

The reasons for NOT sitting around pouting between now and November, but actively working to defeat Barack Obama and elect John McCain president are beginning to hurtle towards us at an alarming speed.

Thanks to the SCOTUS for weaking and putting our country in danger. This is horrible. Maybe they should try to impeach some of these judges.

arbuckle:  Well, duh.  The next president will get to appoint 3 - 5 justices over the next 4 to 8 years.

Sparkie Arbuckle if you’re that stupid I am not going to bother telling you how the SCOTUS put us in grave danger with their policies.
