Rove tells Republican to distance themselves from Bush

Rove urges GOP to ditch Bush
Rove urges GOP to ditch Bush

I couldn’t believe it when I first saw it but, it did make sense. It is also funny to watch the MSNBC people foaming at the mouth no one is ever going to accuse MSNBC of being objective or fair and balanced. In a way the Rove advice makes sense Bush is sitting at about 32% approval rating. Also better advice if you want get elected make it about Hillary and not about Bush, because Bush is no longer running for office.

Why would Republican candidates tie themselves to Bush. He is not going to continue in politics, therefore it would make no sense to try and put him forward as the parties leader. Perhaps this continuous caterwauling about Bush from the left is a bit more indicative of the weakness of their candidates. Notice that they do NOT want to talk about those running on their own ticket. Why is that? It is their primary, should they not be discussing the Democrat candidates running in it instead of endlessly screeching about the outgoing President?

IRAQ WAR FAUCETS

On the pretense of a nuclear threat, President Bush illegally turned on two faucets - full force: out of one flows the American People’s precious wealth, and out of the other faucet flows their priceless blood.

This is a black mark on his name that can never be erased – to damn him forever in history.
