Police: No Hooter’s Calisthenics On Public Sidewalks…

… It’s too distracting for drivers

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Police in Dartmouth, N.S. have told employees of a Hooters restaurant not to practice calisthenics outside because their bouncing bodies have been deemed a major distraction for nearby drivers.

[...]

On Friday, another rear-end fender bender occurred during their morning exercises and police told the employees not to exercise on the sidewalk.

[...]

But then there are those who recognize the benefit to the community that Hooters provides.

“I can understand it causes distractions for the drivers, however they shouldn’t be looking at pretty girls,” an older gentleman said.

As for him?

“I’m not driving,” he said with a smile.

I don’t get it.  Those who have eaten there tell me that the only reason to go is the girls, not the food, and now they’re sending the girls outside so any old codger can ogle them without risking the wings?

Whatever.

Why does it sound like you’re complaining.

Anyway, you’d be much better off going to Buffalo Wild Wings.  Prettier girls, better food.

:^) Actually, I was questioning whether it was a good business decision.
