Oprah Winfrey’s Lemmings straight to HELL

I have been disturbed for a long time by the misleading of Oprah Winfrey and her Gurus. They are making some serious inroads into people with weak theology. Those people are being led into an eternity without God.

This video defines what the problem is. Even if you are not a professing Christian you have to ask this question, “How did Oprah become a Spiritual leader”. She is a MIS Leader. Oh, and, She endorses Obama. This can't be good.

Comments

I have YouTube videos of Oprah denying Christ and promoting her Chinese Menu way to Salvation. She is the most dangerous woman in America because she has so much influence on her fans and she is leading them to hell with her. It is sad, but she has been preaching this filth for a long time.

No matter the age or state of health, for a military man it is always glorious to tilt at windmills, rescue a fair Dulcinea and be a gallant knight in armor in a glorious cause.

RBB, the Bible cautions “the measure by which you measure others is the measure by which you shall be measured”. This hardly means that we cannot condemn bad behavior. That I have overdrank hardly means I cannot say drunk driving is evil.

False equivalence again RBB. For shame.

When we look at the “socialist paradise” that is Cuba, we must remember that a sizable share of the misery those people suffer is directly attributable to Che Guevara bringing Castro into power, and giving him many of the policies that have caused so much pain. The real symbol of Che should be the raft, to remind us of all those who have died on rafts in the ocean trying to escape the Cuban nightmare and get to freedom. And had he not been killed, begging for his life like a coward, he would’ve done the same thing again and again in countries all throughout Latin and South America. His actions have inspired terrorists across a continent and caused countless deaths.

Kenny: “Pearls before swine” isn’t just their position in the dictionary!

For any voter trying to choose between the two candidates for commander in chief, there is no better test than this: When American strategy in a critical theater was up for grabs, John McCain proposed a highly unpopular and risky path, which he accurately predicted could lead to success. Barack Obama proposed a popular and politically safe route that would have led to an unnecessary and debilitating American defeat at the hands of al Qaeda.

This sounds a lot like the current existentialism embraced by the “emerging church” movement among professing Christians today.  Granted there are a whole variety of doctrinal beliefs common to this movement, the underlying theological existentialism is the same.

I find it rather absurd that Oprah “believes” God to be known solely through experience, and yet condemns those who profess to know God through faith or as she puts it “belief” (ie. absolute confidence in the biblical record.)

Hey Rbb, isn’t that rather judgmental of Oprah?

One more thing.  If Oprah “believes” there a “millions” of ways to God, then how is it that “belief” is not one of those ways?

Somehow Oprah’s experience only doctrine is “believed” not to be exclusive.

Oprah is one confused gal.

Of course being born again is not an experience…

Wait a minute…I just got to the end of the O video…the whole thing was a commercial to sell some book.

Rbb, you’re a nut.  What was “absurd” followed.  Can’t you even think?

You’re pathetic.

yeah, that was bad cut and paste by me.

I only meant to post the wait a minute

RBB (Rude Barking Butthead):

Judging again I see, huh Neiman. tsk tsk.

Because Jesus said, now pay attention I didn’t say it - Jesus did, that unless we have faith in Him alone for our Salvation we will be lost and suffer eternally for rejecting Him. So, was Jesus judging? He spoke the simple Truth, Salvation is the gift of God to all whom believe on His Son’s sacrifice for their sins. He is the Way unto Salvation period, the only way!

Oprah rejects Christ as the way or even a way unto salvation, thus by the confession of her own mouth she rejects Him and thus is lost. Can we not judge the words others speak?

If you have not accepted Jesus, sincerely, as your Savior and Lord before you enter the grave (die physically) then you are lost. Again, I am not saying that Jesus did and I trust His Word on the subject. Anyone therefore that is lost and enters into hell will not go there because God sent them, they will have chosen that destiny by rejecting Christ. It is so simple and yet because of our pride, most human beings choose to reject Him, thinking they know a better way and the price they will pay for that arrogance will be terrible to behold.

This Jesus fellow you speak of seams kinda mean.

What happens to the babies?
What happens to the people deep in the Amazon basin?
What happens to Jews?
Are Jews snubbed at the pearly gates?

If these people aren’t exposed to Jesus, certainly they can not reject Jesus…but as you seem to be saying, to hell with them.

And if Jesus knows all…why does he create people he already knows will not accept him as lord and savior? If he knows that already isn’t it really Jesus who is sending them to hell?

When too stupid to have a real argument, a false charge of racism is always nice.

Free will follows Bob. In the same way that I know you will reject truth at every chance you get and go for a partisan Democrat line...I still offer you the truth. That you reject it hardly makes anyone other than you responsible.

Rather than amusing one’s self in questions which you can only presume to know the answer to, why not take the actions of Jesus and judge him there?  The record states that Jesus is God who became a man for the sole purpose of saving each and every individual from the consequences of willful actions which violate His (God’s) will, righteousness, and justice (ie, sin). In light of this great sacrifice, it would make your questioning of Jesus’ character and motives rather narrow and short-sighted.  It is more than a little presumptuous to judge the mind of God from our fallen state based solely on the limited human understanding of a single attribute—omniscience.

Romans 9:19-20 Thou wilt say then unto me, Why doth he yet find fault? For who hath resisted his will? Nay but, O man, who art thou that repliest against God? Shall the thing formed say to him that formed it, Why hast thou made me thus?

Good Choice of Scripture HG.

Who am I to argue and if I do what does that make me.

I’m just thankful to be called as his child.  Nothing I did.

It’s all about him.

I didn’t respond to Bob because it’s a very hard thing to explain.  You did.  Thanks
