Obama Messiah?
I had mentioned many months ago my belief that people supporting Obama are not at all concerned with substance or facts or the record of Obama, he has taken on a powerful, an undeniable mystique, a movie star, and yes even a Messiah image. Liberals see him as their savior, making their dreams of a socialist utopia in America a reality. Minorities see him as their savior, he will lead the country as a minority and against those evil white people. The poor see him as their savior, he will take from the evil rich and give it to them and make everyone economically equal. I could go on, but people have always looked for a savior, they hunger after someone to meet all their needs, answer all their questions and make all their decisions for them. They see anything that makes them unhappy in life as being evil, refusing to take responsibility for their own lives and they want an Obama-Messiah type person to bring and end to all evil in their lives.
Some of you may laugh and scoff at the idea of Obama-Messiah, but I believe it is real and if it continues and grows there will be no stopping him from gaining the White House and ramming his socialist policies through a Democrat controlled and intimidated Congress.
I remember Gorbachev saying to the world something about send us a man that can bring peace and prosperity and the world will serve him, be he god or the devil. That is the mindset that is behind the Obama phenomenon.
