ND Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem has signed onto a letter given to U.S. AG Eric Holder in support of Americans 2A rights. Stenehjem joined 22 other state AG’s informing AG Holder they are in opposition to the reinstatement of the failed “semi-auto firearms ban” which expired in 2004.
Mr. Stenehjem also signed an Amicus brief last year in the landmark Heller vs DC SCOTUS case. Stenehjem signed the brief that was correct in asserting gun ownership is an individual citizens right guaranteed by the 2nd Amendment.
