Let’s Kill All The White People - That’ll Solve Everything
Here’s another fine example of the double standard that is pervasive in our culture when it comes to discussions concerning race and who can say what.
When Mel Gibson and later Michael Richards went into their individual melt downs and spouted off about Jews and blacks they were pounded by the media and just about everyone else. And they’ve both been pathetically groveling since, asking just about anyone who will listen for forgiveness.
But media reaction has been somewhat muted when Kamau Kambon, speaking at Howard University Law School in a forum on Hurricane Katrina said this:
“We are at war. Every white person on earth is a plantation master. You’re either supporting white people in their process of death, or you’re for African liberation.......
......Now how do I know that the white people know that we are going to come up with a solution to the problem. I know it because they have retina scans, they have what they call racial profiling, DNA banks, and they’re monitoring our people to try to prevent the one person from coming up with the one idea. And the one idea is, how we are going to exterminate white people because that in my estimation is the only conclusion I have come to. We have to exterminate white people off the face of the planet to solve this problem.
Now I don’t care whether you clap or not, but I’m saying to you that we need to solve this problem because they are going to kill us. And I will leave on that. So we just have to just set up our own system and stop playing and get very serious and not be diverted from coming up with a solution to the problem and the problem on the planet is white people.”
Just curious but...where’s the outrage? This guy is advocating exterminating white people and aside from a spot on Hannity and Colmes there hasn’t been much of a stir about it. His statement is unrealistic and ridiculous but the double standard it represents is amazing. PETA would raise more hell if he would have come out and said we should exterminate kittens than the media and the politicians have raised over this.
I hate to be the skunk in the garden party, but somebody should tell this guy that more African Americans are killed, robbed, and otherwise victimized by other African Americans every day than by us Evil White Devils. Many more.
Kambon is no idiot. He’s a former professor at North Carolina State University and apparently is well thought of enough to get a speaking gig at Howard Law. That being said, however, I think he may be crazy as an outhouse mouse. But even if he is, that doesn’t excuse the deafening silence that’s surrounding this outburst. There would be riots in the street if a white person made such an outrageous statement about African Americans. Not to mention the orgasmic delight the usual race pimps like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton would get from yet another opportunity at shameless self promotion in the name of civil rights.
I know, I know, Gibson and Richards are celebrities and this wack job is a relatively obscure ex-professor, blah, blah, blah. It was still said in a very public forum and in an institute of higher education. And it’s still wrong.
The double standard in this is incredible. In fact, I’m fairly sure somebody will call me a racist for daring to point this out.
One more thing....would someone please tell me where I can find that plantation I’m supposed to be the master of?
