Deer = America’s untapped resource. There is no good reason why venison isn’t in the local supermarket aisle. It’s healthy meat, it tastes good, and America (especially states such as Pennsylvania) is absolutely overflowing with these animals.
Properly seasoned and blended, venison makes some great sausage too.
