CK then points out that her so called moderate record in the lower courts is not a way to judge her as that moderation is built into the

We must judge this woman by her world view as she liked to express at every opportunity:
Identity politics is my bag, I'm from affirmative action and I will promote minority preference on the SCOTUS, I will be pro abortion, I will be against the 2nd Amendment, the US Constitution and legal precedent be damned.
