Jon Corzine - Guilty of Personal and Public Endangerment

We’ve all heard the story behind Corzine’s recent car crash. Unfortunately Corzine was injured… he wasn’t wearing a seatbelt and was breaking the law. Whenever one doesn’t wear a seatbelt, they put their own life at risk.

What’s more reprehensible than putting one’s own life at risk is putting others’ lives at risk. Going 91 mph to a speaking engagement is clearly public endangerment - there is no emergency and there is no reason to put countless other lives at risk so the governor can make a speech on time.

Whether it was the trooper chauffeur or Corzine himself, or both, who thought the speed of 91 mph was justified, clearly it wasn’t. As far as I am concerned they are both guilty of public endangerment.

Probably why they didn’t arrest the “mentally disabled man” that caused the accident but “didn’t realize it”.

Actually, it’s pretty typical for legislators and government officials to be privileged from arrest for misdemeanors and traffic offenses when they’re at work.  I’ll agree 100% that he was foolish not to wear a seatbelt, and even more foolish (not to mention rude) to be going that fast down the highway.

What gets me about this, though, is the stupid thing he was doing; going to be at the meeting between Rutgers womens’ hoopsters and Don Imus.  Sorry, but showboating at this event is probably even more dangerous to society than going down the road at 91mph without your seat belt on.

(thanks, OnStar, for telling us how fast they were going, though)

When it comes to victims and strapping people down, there is no amount of civilian motorists that can equal the potential here. All the cameras… he probably unbuckled his seat belt to apply some makeup and hum a little tune. Step on it, peon!

At least the Gov. of New Jersey was going to mediate between Imus and the Rutgers Basketball team.

I mean, he could have been rushing to get his cock sucked by some senior state official that was in a job that he was not qualified to do.

Let’s just back off of the Governor of New Jersey for not having a press conference after the car accident and saying “I’m a gay American”.  I mean this ass wipe doing 91 MPH compares favorably to the last ass pirate that was leting his little Israeli boy toy do other things to him in the Governor SUV.

Humping and work just don’t mix.

This just goes to show how much disdain elitist politicians have for the very laws they expect to impose on the rest of us.  corzine should resign from public service.
