Iraq Casualties - Hostile Fire Deaths

Only part of the story is told by using total casualty numbers from Iraq.  These figures include accidents, heart attacks, other health related issues, and so forth.  Hostile fire deaths are the single best measure of progress and in that sense, the numbers have improved even more when adjusted for non-hostile fire deaths:

The leftards get their justification by listing any death of a service member as Bush’s fault. The numbers of deaths of active duty and Reserve/NG during peace time are marginalized as unrelated. During wartime ALL deaths are listed together, no matter the cause. Deceptive, to say the least.
