Howard Dean In Canada up to his old Tricks.

To say this guy is a piece of work is an understatement. There he is on the parade ground in another country acting like he is the leader of the USA. How can anyone consider him to be a credible candidate or leader for the DNC. DNC Dean belongs in Canada with his leftist views its sickening, I am surprised he didn’t entertain the audience with his anti American rethoric. I am surprised he didn’t attack bush in this clip.

Comments

It looks like he likes everything about Canada.

Did Americans vote for Socialized Medicine, Greater subsidize for higher education and an ever larger welfare state?

Because that’s what Howard Dean says we voted for.

What’s going to happen to US industry when the global warming extremists like John McCain double the price of electricity?  I would think all these factories will close and set up in countries where they aren’t scared of technology.

If Bush really wanted to protect America, he’s pull Howie’s passport.

I say we get the Border Patrol to deport him.

Dean’s record as a politician and not a propagandist for the Demos is a moderate one. What you guys don’t like the gun laws in Vermont that Dean upheld during his tenure as governor despite tons of pressure from LL Bean wearing quacko demos from Mass and the like? They, simply, are the best gun laws in the entire country. Without exception.

Sparkie I’m glad that we in general agree about the gun laws in Vermont being superior.

Did Dean govern as a moderate in Vermont, I don’t know but I expect you’re right.  I would guess that that was because he wasn’t willing to go out on a limb in his state.

That doesn’t change the fact that right now Dean is proposing taking the United States closer to a socialistic system than we’ve ever been in the past.

I’m taking him at his word.

You guys are confused, I believe, in that Dean is not a kook lib, he is merely catering to kook libs on the national level. Check out his record as aa governor if you don’t believe me. He did create a health care program for twentysomethings with very low incomes, but the cost was minimal due to the fact that twentysomethings hardly ever need serious amounts of healthcare. I think the rationalization was that being proactive with health early on prevents undue expense later on that the individual may or may not be able to pay for. I’m more pissed because I feel he’s a New Yorker and not a Vermonter as such. Most of the lib political force in Vermont, unfortunately, originates in NY, Conn, Mass, and the like.

Well Sparkie, when he GREATLY admires Canada’s health system I believe him.

I think the rationalization was that being proactive with health early on prevents undue expense

That’s what they say, but it’s not really true.

Alright Whistler. Check his record. Vermont is riddled with moderates despite the common conceptions. Granted there are exceptions.

As far as the rationalization for young adult healthcare programs… I don’t believe shit anyone tells me. I’ll just add that to the pile… but wait! I don’t believe you either. Damn. What to do?

I was at the Liberal convention when Mr. Dean spoke.  Canada thanks you for your contribution, but he’s a little right wing for us.  Call us when you get health care and marriage rights for all of your citizens.
