How I want countries who don’t like the USA to see us

I want that they respect us, and if they choose not to, that they look over their shoulder looking for that red laser dot on their forehead or body at all times.

I want that they don’t think they can tick us off and thumb their noses at us without retribution or the wrath of God suddenly coming out of the sky.

I want that they live in fear of a missile from nowhere taking them directly into the presence of 72 virgins ready to stuff red hot live coals down their throats.

I want that when we speak and do good they say thank you sir, yessur and nossur.  I remember Falujah, I remember Blackhawk down.  Thumb your nose, you die.

I want that they will behave better than they have.  I want that the government of the USA where it concerns people in other parts of the world to never doubt our resolve when it comes to our interests in other places, we are of one mind.

I want a President that will:
Increase troops in Afghanistan about 25,000 in the next few months.
Use drones over eastern Pakistan and western Afghanistan and any other darn place we please to blow up bad guys at will
Leave a large contingent of troops on the ground in Iraq for the very far distant future, we bought it, we get to use it.
And while giving lip service to Guantanamo closing, just make the room service a bit better and hook up the terrorists to Comcast.  But getting out any time soon….NOPE.

All these things are the reality of our current administration policies. I consider him wrong on lots of issues, but he seems to have embraced political reality on these issues in spite of the people who voted for him.  Good on him.

OH, and did you notice how many defense and security from the Reagan Administration keep showing up on his adviser roster.

He might just turn out OK, of course as soon as he doesn’t I’ll jump all over him like a rabid dog.
