Hillary Says there are no Do overs in Life.

What a line, too bad we can’t do the 8 years of her husband’s presidencey over.

Hillary on life, no do overs
Earlier, Clinton met with state Democrats at the party’s headquarters.

Attention focused on Iraq and her vote to authorize the use of force ahead of the U.S.-led invasion in March 2003. Presidential rivals such as former North Carolina Sen. John Edwards now say the vote in support was a mistake.

“There are no do-overs in life,” Clinton said. She says Congress received bad information going into the vote and that she would have voted differently given what she knows now.

“As a senator from New York, I lived through 9/11 and I am still dealing with the aftereffects,” Clinton said. “I may have a slightly different take on this from some of the other people who will be coming through here.”

Clinton said her view was that the nation was engaged in a deadly fight against terrorism, a battle that she contends President Bush has botched.

“I do think we are engaged in a war against heartless, ruthless enemies,” she said. “If they could come after us again tomorrow they would do so.”

Clinton has urged a cap to the number of U.S. troops in Iraq, but has refused to go along with suggestions that Congress use its power of the purse to bring the war to a halt.

Funny thing before the war they all agreed there were weapons of mass destruction and they found 500+ shells with chemical weapons in them. Hum, kind of like the old saying how can you tell a Clinton is lying their mouth is moving. I like how they all now can step away from their vote and blame Bush. Tomorrow night we are going to see on Hannity’s show on Fox news that her Husband actually had a chance to capture or kill UBL and the Clinton Administration decided not to to take him. I am sick of the Clinton’s I can’t phamthom another 4-8 years of this moron. Strong defense not at all. I can bet they will want to start a dialog begin with Iran and Syria.

“There are no do-overs in life,”

My, how Presidential she sounds!  NOT!

For any voter trying to choose between the two candidates for commander in chief, there is no better test than this: When American strategy in a critical theater was up for grabs, John McCain proposed a highly unpopular and risky path, which he accurately predicted could lead to success. Barack Obama proposed a popular and politically safe route that would have led to an unnecessary and debilitating American defeat at the hands of al Qaeda.

Actually, the best candidate the DNC has is Joe Lieberman...liberal on social issues, yet strong on national defense. But, we’ve all seen how the DNC treated Joe!

Yeah your right, I don’t know why he doesn’t become a GOPer. I know he isn’t very conservative at all and most of his policies are liberal, he is considered damaged good by the DNC for his support of the war in Iraq…

“I do think we are engaged in a war against heartless, ruthless enemies,” she said. “If they could come after us again tomorrow they would do so.”

And why can’t they?  Because of President Bush’s fight against terrorism.  Her husband’s ignoring terrorism enabled their attack on us on 9/11.

Leftie political philosophy, from a DU commenter:

It doesn’t matter if it’s true or not. RUMOR IS TRUTH. The modern laws of media hype and political warfare have a useful tenet: Repeat ANYTHING or raise false concern over ANYTHING and it is likely to be planted in the conscious/subconscious of many voters.

Well stated. I am waiting for the Liberal shills to come out and support her and start spinning the truth. I think its funny how no one is asking any tough questions of her, they are just letting her go out and spin her rhetoric.
