Tomorrow, I will give thanks to our Almighty God that I have the company of family and friends around the table.  An additional thanks will go to the service people of our country for allowing us the ability to share this meal in the USA.
To all of you… I wish you a pleasant and blessed day with family and friends. ENJOY!!

Hi Anna, May you also have a Happy “Day Of Giving Thanks”, for all that has been given to us through Jesus our Lord.

LOL.... not sure which “Pilgrim’s Lady” you mean!!!!
This Pilgim’s Lady is thankful my Pilgrim still wears his jeans proudly.... seldom do I have to remind him to wear his pants for public photos!

Happy Thanksgiving, y’all. Pil? Don’t sweat it, in the immortal words of Lazarus Long,"Pants are always optional, while weapons are always essential for the properly dressed gentleman.”

Folks,

Hope you all are enjoying this day of giving thanks for our many and manifest blessings.

Me, I’m on the Coast Starlight heading for Los Angeles. It’s a pretty day along the route, and a nice reminder that not all of California is concrete jungle inhabited by moonbats.

Those are sufficient reasons to be thankful in and of themselves.

Guys, I got to hear, several times today, evidence of our military’s resolve and readiness to defend us. Fighter aircraft flying CAP over the DC metro area. And yes, each time I heard and felt that deepthroated rumble I gave thanks.

A wounded soldier was on TV this week still in pain and reenlisting. We have many stories of wounded soldiers at Walter Reed fighting to get back to Iraq to fight alongside their buddies. With some rare exceptions we have a great military and they deserve the best Thanksgiving by getting the supporty of all our people.

No matter the age or state of health, for a military man it is always glorious to tilt at windmills, rescue a fair Dulcinea and be a gallant knight in armor in a glorious cause.

Yeah, our military kicks ass. They are much tougher and more filled with resolve than many *cough*lefties*cough* give them credit for.

I give thanks to the warriors who defend our way of life. Because of them, every day is a bountiful thanksgiving day in America.

And in an aside, I am going to lrrp by WR and the Mall and get some pics of codepink and their paisanos tomorrow. That is unless they are absent, you know, shopping and what not.
