Government Threatens to Shut Down Doctor For Not Charging Enough

I saw this on “Huckabee” on Fox.
There is a Dr. John Meny in New York City that is charging his patients a flat rate of $79.00 per month for medical services. He has five state of the art clinics.
The government has told him he must raise his rates or they will shut him down. Huckabee was interviewing Doctor Meny and he is having to fight the government.
This is government out of control, trying to regulate everything even when it will clearly not benefit anyone.
