gop Hall of Fame Candidate

Sang backup for Linda Ronstadt and Jackson Browne. Engaged to Eagles singer-songwriter Don Henley. Devastated by a brother’s death in Vietnam.

All are part of the colorful past described by Carrollton Mayor Becky Miller, acquaintances say.

But spokesmen for the famous singers said the three don’t know her. And the mayor’s father said she never had a brother who died in the war.

Mrs. Miller’s challenger in Saturday’s mayoral election, Ron Branson, first expressed doubts that her brother had died in Vietnam, and checks by The Dallas Morning News also raised questions about her singing career and whether she attended Western Kentucky University.

The mayor, who is seeking a second term, said that the singers are wrong and that she went by another name when she associated with them during the 1970s. She initially declined to give that name but said Monday that most people at the time called her Pinky.

And he said the brother that his daughter mentioned couldn't have been a stepbrother or half brother unless his wife of nearly 60 years "has one hidden away I didn't know about."">Her father, Edward Sampson, said his son is alive in Maryland. “He was never in the service,” Mr. Sampson said.

RBB: I recommend that Becky Miller also be given honorary membership to Hillary Clinton’s BBB [Bosnian Bullets Bullshit] Association,or Brack Obama’s classy WWW [Who Was Wright?} League.

THIS ELECTION IS ABOUT TWO THINGS: WINNING THE WAR ON TERRORISM AND SAVING THE SUPREME COURT.

boob is really reaching for news when he has to post an article about the Carrollton mayorial election. Just so happens that I LIVE in Carrolton and most people here don’t give a flip about Millers past associations.  What we do know is that she is a lousy major who had narrowly got elected in the past election and hopefully will not get a second term.

Another thing you apparently don’t know about our municipal elections is that they are political party independent.  Parties may sponser some of the candidates but that usually has little bearing on the election.  The main problem with these elections is the low 10 percent voter turnout.

Being liberal is never having to admit you’re wrong

If there is sufficient evidence, let her be charged with a crime Let her be tried. If found guilty throw her in jail.

Those who think the party or the country, will be “taught a lesson” by handing the levers of power over to the liberals will learn a lesson, but it will be at the expense of our country and her liberties. And there are no guarantees that the party or the country will come out stronger, more conservative or better positioned to win elections against the incumbent liberals.

Huff Po Bob apparently believes the “gop hall of fame” has much lower standards than the “Democrat Hall of Shame”, where it takes a really BIG whopper like, “I did not have sex with that woman with my semen stain on her dress”, or “Yes, I landed under sniper fire, but managed to knock Sinbad and my daughter unconscious and drag them to safety”, or “I was just hanging around the ice machine at the motel at two in the morning, when my date, who was not my date, was drowning off the Chappaquiddick bridge”.

There is no former dogcatcher, no town First Selectman so small, that if he has an “R” after his (or her) name, some shamelessly partisan hack* will write about it!

*Insert Huff Po Bob joke here!

If you want to ride your little hobby horse against Republicans, start your own damn thread and see if a partisan hack like yourself can interest anyone to comment on it…

Thank you for disproving you’re own point.

Thank you for disproving you’re (sic) own point.

Heh. Been studying at the Hannitized School for Advanced Apostrophe Displacement?
Thank you for being such a predictable moron!
My point was, the indignation that you can’t seem to find for real evil doers (like Dann), you displace with the faux indignation for every minor peccadillo committed by Republicans. What part of Shameless Partisan Hack don’t you understand?

I think the subject you’ve chosen to post on here fits that description to a “T”.
