Finally, A GOP Lawmaker with Balls… and a Right Hook

From Associated Press.

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (AP) - Simmering tensions in the Alabama Senate boiled over Thursday when a Republican lawmaker punched a Democratic colleague in the head before they were pulled apart.

Republican Sen. Charles Bishop claimed that Democratic Sen. Lowell Barron called him a “son of a (expletive).”

“I responded to his comment with my right hand,” Bishop said. Alabama Public Television tape captured the punch.

Barron refused to comment and went into a closed-door meeting with other Democrats. Sen. Vivian Figures went into the meeting carrying first aid supplies, but she said he was not hurt…

Members of the Alabama House said the incident makes the entire Legislature look bad.

“It’s certainly a black eye on the Legislature and the Senate in particular,” Republican Rep. Jay Love said.

Proof,

I left that last sentence in, knowing you’d appreciate Representative Love’s bemused sense of humor.

With my pugilistic background, you gotta know I love this story!

I had three thoughts fighting for dominance in my head at this.

1)These are professionals and it looks bad.

2)

“son of a (expletive).”

is enough to warrant a punch so it’s no big deal.

3)

but she said he was not hurt…

What kind of a nancy-boy punch was that?!?!?!  No wonder there’s so much of ‘averting of eyes’ in this society, no one can properly throw a punch!

This is what the Congressman that Jack Murtha threatened should have done! Grabbed that bony finger Murtha shook in his face and jab him in the windpipe. Now that is Congressional debate the way our forefathers did it!

Every time one of these socialist pukes starts spewing their group politics/I’m a victim shit they need punched in the mouth.

That would bring a rapid end to their anti-America horseshit.
