Federally charge for Abrogation of Oath

I think as AMERICANS we have been marketed to so often by our “Servants of the Public” on the bailout as well as so many other federally mandated blunders, we have missed the thing we should be paying attention to most. Our NON-servants of the public.

We live under a representative form of government which means we send people to Washington D.C. to do what WE think is best. Now understanding those people we send take a legally binding oath to do just that; what we say. Senators and/ or congressman swear to support and defend the U.S. Constitution. Presidents to preserve and protect it. In most cases and definitely with Mr. Bush and our senator Mr. Coleman they ended with “So help me God”.

My quandary is if AMERICANS stated 95 to 98 percent “NO” about the bailout and our “Servants of the public” did it anyway; did they not abrogate their oath of public office? Also by passing the bill as a rider on the mental health bill vice going through the House of representatives does it not meet the "unconstitutional clause in the Bailout bill itself?

Do they not remember the terms “CONSENT OF THE GOVERNED”? US CONSTITUTION? “WE THE PEOPLE”? Do they think we are so daft as to authorize them 750BILLION dollars (5 trillion really) to give to private businesses? Do they think we are dim and do not remember as a whole congress has bankrupted or so closely as to not tell the difference social security, medicare, medicaid and 12 other entitlement (yuck) programs?

Is it not just as bad to trust someone that ends their oath with “SO HELP ME GOD” then lies to the all mighty by voting for something against the “consent of the governed (for the 92 percent of AMERICANS that are of some Christian faith)? In essence both appear to be opposites sides of the same coin. We just have to decide which is the bobble head for the party and corporations funding them and which has just turned their back on us…

We should at a minimum recall them or better demand a grand jury indictment for violation of our civil rights and perhaps in the future we should look at more 3rd party candidates.
