Drunk Driver Must Display Victim’s Picture

Yahoo.com. To sum up: Drunk driver is racing someone and kills teen passenger in an uninvolved truck. Judge rules that he must serve 2 years in prison and display a large photo of the victim prominently in his home with “I’m sorry I killed you”.
I thought this was a rather unusual sentence, but very creative. I’m not sure what to think. To some people, it might be punishment- and other people may not care.
