Convicted Terrorist Lawyer To Teach Legal Ethics

Terrorist lawyer Lynne Stewart will teach Legal Ethics at Hofstra Law School while on a medical stay from prison.
Hmm… seems to me if shes well enough to teach, she could probably do a lil’ of her sentenced time too?
Stewart is sentenced to 28 months in prison… the maximum was 30years but she got away with a lot less. She is convicted on five counts of providing material aid to terrorism and lying to the government. She is guilty of conspiring with an imprisoned terrorist client, Sheik Omar Abdel Rahman, she aided this terrorist in communicating with his militant Islamic followers in Egypt.
Mind you this wasn’t just a slip up of any sort. She took the messages from the convicted terrorist, Rahman and delivered them to Egypt for him.
And she will be teaching Legal ETHICS?????
HAH… according to the school website  this disbarred lawyer, the conference will feature “dynamic speakers who will weigh in on controversial issues such as prosecutorial abuse, the challenges of representing prisoners at Guantanamo, and attacks on lawyers who represent unpopular clients and causes.”
Apparently, teaching is considered part of her grueling cancer therapy. Although, her lawyers deny that she is seeking any special treatment from the court. “We’re not asking for anything out of the ordinary, beyond what is reasonable for the therapy she is undergoing for her cancer,” LOL, is that so .... pff!
