It’s interesting to see the faux leftie outrage on one of the few occasions when a conservative says something nutty.  Lefties have been pushing this kind of crap for generations, and it’s usually given some sort of thoughtful credence, like the “9/11 truther” stuff.  How about “Bush caused Katrina” from RFK Jr?  Anyone calling him a “nut”?  And then there’s Dennis Kucinich.
It’s not that Savage’s nutty comment isn’t truly nutty, but it’s a drop in the bucket, in terms of partisan nuttiness, mostly from the left.  Much ado about nothing.
