The settlement requires eHarmony to provide services for homosexuals, though the service will be hosted under another domain with a disclaimed stating that the compatibility test was designed with research on married, heterosexual couples only.
Excuse while I pick my jaw up off of the floor. So, now one can sue because a business does not sell the service that you want. Should I be able to sue a women’s clothing store because they do not sell men’s clothing? How about we men start suing gynecologists because they do not see male patients. If they can be forced to go outside their area of expertise then so can other professions.
