Chicago: McCain Meets Privately With Hispanics

In a move guaranteed to annoy conservative members of the GOP, John McCain and staffers met privately yesterday in Chicago with leaders of the Hispanic business and political communities.

As always, secrecy is the real issue, and in this case, a closed door meeting raises the deepest suspicions among some conservatives who are already sceptical of McCain on immigration.
