Outdoors Life runs through the top 200 places to live for hunters and anglers. Personally I put Stanley, ND at the top of my list. But who’s asking me…I’d throw in Kulm, Bottineau and McKenzie too…and don’t really see how Sioux Falls SD makes the list at all. And Rochester MN checks in at #9? hmm…the list begins to lose it’s luster for that one.
