Barry Soetoro For President

Actually, Barry Soetoro is the reported name used by Barak Obama when he was allegedly enrolled in a Roman Catholic School in Indonesia as a youth.

“Obama was ‘quite religious in Islam’
Contemporaries, records dispute campaign
claim that he was never ‘practicing Muslim”

Unfortunately in an article in Whistleblower, a magazine by World Net Daily, the authors try unsuccessfuly IMO to make a case that Braak Obama was a practicing Muslim in his youth, contrary to his claims otherwise. After reading the article through, I find no credible, objective evidence therein to support that claim.

Being a former practicing Muslim, a superficial one or an ardent Muslim is not a barrier to becoming POTUS. While Obama claims to be a Christian now, whether true or not in his heart, it is also no barrier to the office of POTUS and it can be either a negative or a positive thing depending upon the person.

I must admit that for a host of reasons I do not want a Muslim for President, mostly because Islam does demand forced conversion or death to all non-believers. I would also be deeply concerned if he lied about the depth of involvement in his Muslim past, mostly because that would prove him to be Liar-In-Chief and unworthy of our trust.

However, the point of this thread is that it is, IMO, indecent and counterproductive to try and make a case for Obama having a Muslim past based on second and third hand accounts, as it would be an attempt to stop Obama from becoming POTUS based on religious bias not on whether or not he is qualified. I believe there is ample evidence in his life to question Barak’s honesty, his credentials and noting his unsavory associations are of greater value than to try and build a case against his candidacy rather than resorting to cheap innuendos.

Whether the allegations are true or false, they’re about the man when he was in elementary school.  Can we next expect front page reports about John McCain’s detentions and swattings at the same age, or about Hillary passing notes or having a cat fight?

It’s fundamentally unfair, methinks, to bring up any candidate’s elementary school record, even though all of our teachers told us that everything we did was going to end up on that mystical “permanent record.” Isn’t there a phenomenon called “growing up” to deal with here?

You are a dishonest fuck.

Your whole intent is to smear Obama by saying he “may be a muslim”.  It makes no difference to you if he was 5 years old.

Can you even read Lestat,

I believe there is ample evidence in his life to question Barak’s honesty, his credentials and noting his unsavory associations are of greater value than to try and build a case against his candidacy rather than resorting to cheap innuendos.

Sounds like Neiman was denouncing the smear, not reinforcing it.

Neiman is posting a thread to say that I disagree with the assertions that he is not qualified because he is a Muslim.

Old political trick.  “When did you stop beating your wife?” He is bringing up the fact that he may have been Muslim to reinforce it to the neanderthal right, only to refute it which will be ignored.
