Or, well, believable I guess.  But still.  It never ceases to amaze me how stupid some people can be.

Amazing. This is the same crowd screeching that we need to develope alternate energy sources to foreign oil. Just not in their back yard. I wonder if they would be so righteously vocal if the gas fields were being developed in Appalachia, or rural Alabama or Oklahoma?

Probably not, as long as there was a pipeline to benefit them. Over-rated, over-paid, over-exposed, over the line hypocrites.

Election ‘08 - We Are So Screwed

This is kinda like Ted Kennedy trying to stop wind turbines from being built off Cape Cod.  NIMBY!

I was going to mention Teddi, but felt that would be to much of a “beating a dead horse” moment. Last summer when we were on the Cape I talked to several people about the windfarm project. They all were in favor of it, and they are all ‘rounders, live on the Cape year round. And none of them had a kind word for any Kennedy.
