The amazing thing about this, is that none of the “sane” right wing nuts are correcting him.
What are they afraid of?
If the above were true the interest rate no this loan would be over 100%. Any sane banker would have jumped on this opportunity and undercut the feds to the tune of, lets say 50%.
If it were true it shows the depth of stupidity of the Texas governor Rick Perry.
PS: Truth be told Texas asked for an interest free loan from the Federal Government.
