* Set aside special times for Islamic women at a municipal swimming pools in France or use taxpayer funds for Muslim swimming times in Washington State.
* Arrange for Islamic women-only classes at a taxpayer-supported university.
* Blame women for being the victims of rape in Norway.
* Develop a special hijab for female Muslim employees of a leading home furnishing company, sporting the corporate logo.
* Ban the use of piggybanks—the symbol of frugality—in their advertising by two major British banks.
* Establish panels, councils, or advisory boards uniquely for Muslims.
* Authorize Muslim-only neighborhoods or events.
* Apply the “Rushdie rules” – accepting Islamist intimidation and silencing critics of Islam.
* Punish anti-Islamic views through the application of criminal charges, as has occurred to critics of Islam in Australia and Canada.
* Prohibit families from sending “Any matter containing religious material” to U.S. military personnel serving in the Middle East.
* Require that female American soldiers in Saudi Arabia wear burkas when off a military base.

Perhaps most alarming is how the Islamists currently dominate the Muslim political scene in every Western society, without exception. They control the mosques, publish the weeklies, host the Internet sites, run the schools, write the op-eds, appear on talk shows, engage in ecumenical activities, and enjoy access to politicians.

Not in the least, sam.  It fits perfectly in the muslim edict to non-muslims to convert, submit or die.  I’m sure that the lefties in this country are already signing up for convert and/or submit.  And they, the muslims and the lefties, are using the freedoms in our society for their mission.

Why are you so upset about accomodations to muslims? or have you forgot that we have freedom of religion in this country. Other religions receive accomodations for their religion practices as well..and if you want something to be upset about..take fore example that any Israeli jew who commit a crim in this country, even a murder can get away with it if he fled’s to Israel and no one can touch him there...not even the US government. You can also look to France for an example of what happens to appeasers who believe in “accomodation” for muslims:
