9th Circuit Justice Has His Own Porn Site!

FOXNEWS is reporting an LA TIMES item revealing that 9th Circuit Court of Appeals Chief Judge Alex Kozinski has his own really creepy porn website, depicting people with ‘sexually aroused’ animals among other explicit items.

Kozinski, who is currently presiding over the trial of another porn king, had this to say:

Is it prurient? I don’t know what to tell you. I think it’s odd and interesting. It’s part of life.

Following publication of the article, Kozinski blocked public access to his page.

No wonder the 9th Circuit is the favorite panel for every leftist appeal in the country.

Appointment for life.

They can be removed for crimes, although this is unlikely to be one.

What’s going to happen to US industry when the global warming extremists like John McCain double the price of electricity?  I would think all these factories will close and set up in countries where they aren’t scared of technology.

Kozinski is a Reagan appointee and considered one of the court’s more conservative members.

So, Reagan appointed one of the court’s more conservative members and the Democratic governors gave us the really left wing moonbats? Thanks for the clarification, boob!

Typical of the lefties.  When a lib gets into trouble, just blaim Bush.  It’s his fault for one reason or another!

A political party cannot be all things to all people. It must represent certain fundamental beliefs which must not be compromised to political expediency, or simply to swell its numbers.

He wasn’t liberal.  He wasn’t a liberal.  He worked for Reagan’s election and in the White House counsels office before being appointed to the Federal Bench by Reagan.  He is a conservative jurist.

Actually, Lestat, I think the guy is a libertarian, based on his writings.

I happen think this whole meme of whose party somebody is from is just dishonest crap.  The Republicans are totally screwed in 2008, but it has nothing to do with them being intrinsically more immoral than you Democrats.

If any of you guys were intellectually honest, you’d admit that.  But RBB is just feeding the swamp.  Change we can believe in I guess.

So you will have no questions about the morality of the judicial appointments of the next Dem President...good to know.

And of course you had no questions about the judicial appointment of the last Dem President I’m sure…

I personally don’t think he political affiliation has anything to do with his website, but why are you only pointing this out to me and not pparets or Dougie?  They were trying to smear liberals by associating him with us.

Don’t judge the situation by what you hear on SAB, Dougee.  There are some here who would be happy to see the republicans and McCain lose.

But in the real world, there are many, many prominent conservatives, republicans and independents who know that Barack Obama must be defeated and that McCain is the man to do it.

I completely agree ppartes and McCain will get my vote.  I just wish McCain wouldn’t be against drilling in ANWAR and off the coast of Florida.  This could be a homerun for him and would really help McCain against Obama in November.

As a conservative, I just don’t like corruption whether it’s a democrat, republican, conservative, or liberal.  I am a republican and pray that Obama loses in November.

I never said I was McCain’s number one fan.

You can not in good faith vote for John McCain unless you compromise your values.

Don’t count on it kid.  McCain didn’t win by running on the conservative platform.  Either way, any POTUS next year is a win for Dems.

McCain is the most moderate Dem running this year.

pparets.

again, you dodge the question.

do you think that the free market and individual freedoms are more important, or would you like to see your brand (of which there are many) of ‘social justice’ enforced on a federal level so as to ‘clip the wings’ of free marketism and individual liberties? isn’t personal responsibility big for you guys? so why do you offer us a post with such p-parenting overtones? trying to remove the public’s ability to learn for themselves so they will be beholden to Obama, the giver and the taker-away?

you need to speak on this instead of offering snide slander. this is a political blog, but i am thinking perhaps you should stick with hockey-team-analogy posts.

and you described me as the team member who will soon be traded? i am not pandering to the ‘social justice’ crowd like you are.

in my mind, the answer to the above question makes the difference between being a ‘conservative’ and, say, Barack Obama or Hilldog.

Oh. Conflict of interests, eh? That’s it? What about this

really creepy porn website, depicting people with ‘sexually aroused’ animals among other explicit items

isn’t all porn explicit? you seem to express anti-porn sentiments there. is that just an ‘ornament’ for your ‘conflict of interests’ post?
when combined with your comment about the leftist appeal of the 9th circuit court, it almost amounts to a ‘lefties are morally depraved’ or ‘this sort of business should be regulated’. i hope you can see why i am interested in a clarification. or is it an animal rights thing? has PETA got to you?

if the post is merely about conflicts of interest concerning a Reagan appointed judge, why all the ranting about porn, depravity, the left, and so on? it seems to me that you are crying out for your own brand of ‘social justice’ and decrying the free activities of adult individuals that don’t agree with your personal convictions. that would be a stereotypical description of a leftist tart. do you appreciate what I am saying? making sense to you yet, ‘p-parenting’?

(i love how the double p can be used for a stutter effect!)
