He who killed in the name of Islam was just mentally ill

Disturbed.  Upset.  Confused.  Deluded.  Not happy with the situation as it was.  Then religious leaders by the words they spoke caused a man who was on the edge to do a crazy thing.  A man who needed to make a mark for Allah in his mind.  A man who saw America as the enemy even though he lived here.  So he planned carefully the whole thing.  Cleaned out his apartment and deliberately carried out the deluded act of violence driven by religious fervor.

His name?  Mohamed Atta al Sayed

He was one of nine we now call Islamic Terrorists.  They flew planes into buildings and killed many.

How is that different from the terrorist attack last week?  Why is the news media trying to dodge this issue?  What is the agenda?

Like Sarah Palin keeps saying, “Why don’t ya just stop making it up”?

If this chart is true, what does that say about liberals

In case you had any doubts about the Religion of Peace invasion

Look at the Friday comments on this American Muslim website regarding the Foot Hood Killings.

They admire Hassan.  They Call him an officer and a gentleman.

This is sedition.

Tales told by Idiots according to William Shakespeare

From Chicago Boyz’ James Rummel

How many dooms have been promised me since I was born?

Rampant pollution was going to choke me, rampant population crush me. Fresh water was going to run out, fresh air was already gone. Deforestation was going to create droughts, desertification was going to bring sand to my front door. Food additives were going to cause my body to fall apart, artificial hormones were going to cause the human race to die out due to sterilization. A new ice age was going to bring a global freeze, while burning the last of the Earth’s oil reserves would bring the end of our technology.

Tipping points were all the rage. Species going extinct in the rain forests due to urbanization would eventually start a global cascade of extinction that would lead to the human race itself going extinct. Pump enough CFC’s in the atmosphere and the Arctic ozone hole would eventually race to cover the entire world. Dump enough pollution in the environment and acid rain would wash your face off of your skull during a gentle Spring shower.

........................................................

“Experts” at one time endorsed these dooms. They knew better than the skeptics, better than you, so just listen to them and follow their instructions to avoid catastrophe. The data was incontrovertible, no need for debate. Shut up and follow orders if you didn’t want to starve, choke, melt, become sterile.

The other thing that was common to all of these predictions was that they were wrong.  Terribly, horribly, obviously wrong.

Sarah Palin on Last Night’s Elections….I like this woman

A Victory for Common Sense and Fiscal Sanity
Congratulations to the new Governors-Elect of Virginia and New Jersey! I’d also like to offer a special word of support to the new Lieutenant Governor-Elect of New Jersey, Kim Guadagno, the first woman to hold that office.

Of course, the real victors in this election are the ordinary men and women who voted for positive change and a return to fiscal sanity. Your voices have been heard.

The race for New York’s 23rd District is not over, just postponed until 2010. The issues of this election have always centered on the economy – on the need for fiscal restraint, smaller government, and policies that encourage jobs. In 2010, these issues will be even more crucial to the electorate. I commend Doug Hoffman and all the other under-dog candidates who have the courage to put themselves out there and run against the odds.

To the tireless grassroots patriots who worked so hard in that race and to future citizen-candidates like Doug, please remember Reagan’s words of encouragement after his defeat in 1976:

“The cause goes on. Don’t get cynical because look at yourselves and what you were willing to do, and recognize that there are millions and millions of Americans out there that want what you want, that want it to be that way, that want it to be a shining city on a hill.”

The cause goes on.

Know the Difference between Cold and Swine Flu Symptoms

Fever
Fever is rare with a cold.
Fever is usually present with the flu in up to 80% of all flu cases. A temperature of 100°F or higher for 3 to 4 days is associated with the flu.

Coughing
A hacking, productive (mucus- producing) cough is often present with a cold.
A non-productive (non-mucus producing) cough is usually present with the flu (sometimes referred to as dry cough).

Aches
Slight body aches and pains can be part of a cold.
Severe aches and pains are common with the flu.

Stuffy Nose
Stuffy nose is commonly present with a cold and typically resolves spontaneously within a week.
Stuffy nose is not commonly present with the flu.

Chills
Chills are uncommon with a cold.
60% of people who have the flu experience chills.

Tiredness
Tiredness is fairly mild with a cold.
Tiredness is moderate to severe with the flu.

Sneezing
Sneezing is commonly present with a cold.
Sneezing is not common with the flu.

Sudden Symptoms
Cold symptoms tend to develop over a few days.
The flu has a rapid onset within 3-6 hours. The flu hits hard and includes sudden symptoms like high fever, aches and pains.

Headache
A headache is fairly uncommon with a cold.
A headache is very common with the flu, present in 80% of flu cases.

Sore Throat
Sore throat is commonly present with a cold.
Sore throat is not commonly present with the flu.

Chest Discomfort
Chest discomfort is mild to moderate with a cold.
Chest discomfort is often severe with the flu.

The only portals of entry are the nostrils and mouth/throat. In a global epidemic of this nature, it’s almost impossible not coming into contact with H1N1 in spite of all precautions. Contact with H1N1 is not so much of a problem as proliferation is.

While you are still healthy and not showing any symptoms of H1N1 infection, in order to prevent proliferation, aggravation of symptoms and development of secondary infections, some very simple steps, not fully highlighted in most official communications, can be practiced (instead of focusing on how to stock N95 or Tamiflu):

1. Frequent hand-washing (well highlighted in all official communications).

2. “Hands-off-the-face” approach. Resist all temptations to touch any part of face (unless you want to eat, bathe or slap).

3. *Gargle twice a day with warm salt water (use Listerine if you don’t trust salt). *H1N1 takes 2-3 days after initial infection in the throat/nasal cavity to proliferate and show characteristic symptoms. Simple gargling prevents proliferation. In a way, gargling with salt water has the same effect on a healthy individual that Tamiflu has on an infected one. Don’t underestimate this simple, inexpensive and powerful preventative method.

4. Similar to 3 above, *clean your nostrils at least once every day with warm salt water. *Not everybody may be good at using a Neti pot, but *blowing the nose hard once a day and swabbing both nostrils with cotton swabs dipped in warm salt water is very effective in bringing down viral population.*

5. *Boost your natural immunity with foods that are rich in Vitamin C. *If you have to supplement with Vitamin C tablets, make sure that it also has Zinc to boost absorption.

6. *Drink as much of warm liquids (tea, coffee, etc) as you can. *Drinking warm liquids has the same effect as gargling, but in the reverse direction. They wash off proliferating viruses from the throat into the stomach where they cannot survive, proliferate or do any harm.

I suggest you pass this on to your entire e-list; you never know who might pay attention to it - and STAY ALIVE because of it -

I think I need to get some of these bumper stickers made

At our church, an LCMS church there WERE Obama bumper stickers.

Frankly, I was distraught and wondered how anyone who calls themselves a Christian could vote for him.  But they did.

And now, there still are a few bumper stickers out there.  I think it’s time to call a spade a spade.

Juxtaposition - I guess it’s OK to have Honor Killings in Europe but not this

This is a good example of why I am not sympathetic to Islamic Culture, particularly in Europe.

Honor Killings are rampant and accepted in the Muslim community.

But

Let some nutcase German Russian attack a Muslim woman and the Muslim world goes nuts.
I guess outrage is ethno-specific.

Ditherer in Chief’s Secret Weapon

Cap and Trade is to DDT as Global Warming is to Silent Spring

Co2 is the liberals new DDT. Does anyone still believe that DDT is or ever was bad for the environment or cancer causing for humans? When are you liberals going to learn to stop listening to liberal agenda and lies?

DDT saved millions from malaria and dengue fever.  DDT was saving lives in Africa and that is why the liberal Democrat RACISTS had to stop its use. MILLIONS of people have died since “Silent Spring” came out and guess what? Most of them were BLACK!! Just like the genocide of abortion that goes on in black neighborhoods EVERY DAY, the banning of DDT caused the death of millions of dark-skinned people world wide. RACIST liberal Democrats!

DDT was banned by an activist judge and is what put the Sierra Club on the national scene and established the EPA as we know it today. And it’s gotten PROGRESSIVELY worse every since!

History repeats itself….

Cap and Trade is a hoax built upon a hoax and it will kill millions of starvation and deprivation.

Since it will hit worst in Poor Countries and since many poor countries are BLACK, it’s liberal racism.

Lies….All of it.

I like Fox News Because

The People are good at what they do.

I enjoy Mike Huckabee, Gretchen Carlson, Megyn Kelly, Neil Cavuto, Greg Gutfeld, Andrew Napolitano, Major Garrett, Trace Gallagher, Mara Liasson, Juan Williams and sometimes even Bill O’Reilly.

They are decent people and make watching Fox enjoyable.

If you have never stayed up and watched Gutfeld, you have missed a great show.  He’s nuts. And very clever.

I suppose there are personalities on CNN and MSNBC.  I just don’t watch.

Between CNBC and Fox there is enough.  I don’t get how CNBC stays on the air.  They are very conservative for the most part. And pleasant people. I guess Jeffry Immelt hasn’t yet received orders from Obama.

Barack’s Moment above the Rubble is now Here

My reaction to Peggy Noonan’s WSJ column.

The Democrats and Obama have whined and complained as recently as last week that they have a mess to clean up.

Bush’s mess.

I have asked before, when does it become THEIR mess?

The time has now come.

Obama is now standing on the rubble, and he needs to take control.

I don’t think he can. He isn’t able.  I’m afraid we have hired an amateur and he has surrounded himself with more of the same.

They not only can’t seem to have a bullhorn moment, Image and video hosting by TinyPic

they don’t know where the bullhorn is.

He really is a pitiful excuse for a President.

One Reason I Watch CNBC - Courtney Reagan

An Evil Combine?  Big Pharma - Big Charity - Big Medical

I am very suspicious of Big Pharma.  I am suspicious of government’s ability to control them.  I am not confident that everything we think is for our health care is.  I believe it a dark predatory system.

Case in point. See if I can connect the dots.

AstraZeneca produces chemotherapy drugs for breast cancer.

A round of chemo costs a hundred grand.
AstraZeneca is the prime mover behind the breast cancer awareness month.  They want to find as many potential cancers as possible for treatment.

The American Cancer Society is the prime recipient of largess by AstraZeneca.  The pink ribbon campaign pushes early detection.  Find cancers quick.

AstraZeneca owns or finances a dozen cancer treatment centers. Each one can handle about 1800 patients per year.  1800 X $100,000 = $180,000,000.  That’s about 2 billion in revenues per year.

50 Billion dollars per year is spent annually treating cancer in the USA.

It’s a huge business.

The monopolistic combine of the American Cancer Society, Big Pharma and Cancer Treatment Clinics doesn’t give me much confidence in an alleged “Free Enterprise” system of Health Care.

Something is wrong with this picture.

When I start connecting the dots this get’s messier and messier.
