This Election gives us ALL a chance to vote against the Liberal Mainstream Media
The mainstream media has gone fully tilt. Every arm of them. It started with Charlie Gibson. But now nearly every Alphabet network caster has drunk the full volume of kool aid.
They are panicking that Obama might lose. Example.
This election is not just about Obama Palin. this is about your vote beating down the influence of a vicious evil media influence in our culture and in politics. There is no more real reporting. All reporting has become commentary. Even Campbell Brown had to admit her advocacy and become a commentator rather than pose as a reporter.
Vote against the Liberal Media. Vote Conservative if you can find it. Palin.
The Full Court Press against Palin
I saw that headline on another blog.
I know a little about full court presses. So does our Friend Bob of Reality fame. He’s a B ball player.
It’s like prevent defense. It gets the job done but it has weaknesses. Hail Mary.
I’m not going to get too deep in the sports metaphors, but back at good Old Ellendale High School we had a pretty good strategy when the full court press was on from the opposition.
Wear them down and look for a chance to break out and score when Man to Man falls apart. The other side will give you the opening.
Sarah understands Basketball and I suspect she will know what to do.
Liberals Giving McCain Campaign Advice
It is becoming amusing. Liberals all over the place are advising John McCain on how to win the election.
When you hear them say:
This isn’t the John McCain I know
John McCain is better than this
John McCain can’t get my vote if he....
Ad Nauseum.
They aren’t going to vote for him any way. So, why bother to give him instructions? To discourage you and me. To cast doubt. Ignore them.
The reality is right now and for the next two weeks John and Sarah have to kick some serious Obama butt. Everything but and including the kitchen sink.
Then John can be Mr Nice guy for the two weeks leading up to the Election. Sarah must stay on message. Herd the base. Get out the vote. Keep the fire burning.
I want to hear how some Iman is insisting that Obama must take the Oath of Office on a Koran or the money from Iran stops. You know, good stuff like that.
Hammer him hard. Rattle his cage. Get him off message. Make him defend himself. Change the conversation.
Let the Barracuda bite them till they say OUCH.

Keith Olberman - Masturbation Policeman
Rich Lowry was impressed with Sarah Palin at the debate.
Keith Olberman, on the air said, “I don’t care if you sat there masturbating during the debate, you didn’t have to tell us about it Lowry”.
I watched him say this. Olberman is a disturbed evil man. Even other liberals agree with me.
The Formula for Winning the Presidency still Holds TRUE
A month ago I gave McCain political advice right here on Say Anything. It’s still true. Fortunately the McCain Palin campaign is making some changes that could win this IF they don’t lose heart. Here’s what I wrote here on Sep 5.
Ok, you are all done with the conventions. Your son is going off to war on September 11. Have a great weekend with him, kiss him goodbye and then prepare for battle. The MSM and liberal establishment (pretty much the same people) are out to destroy you.
Nothing new there. You are used to this. Here is my advice for the next 60 days:
Forget about trying appease or appeal the 35% that are hard core lefties. Code pink ain’t coming around. They are the enemy. You must crush them in this election. Don’t play nice. Let John do that. He needs to appear to make nice, move to the middle, reach across the aisle, act all independent. It will tick the core off but so what. We have Sarah.
John should complement Obama, say nice things about his friend Joe Biden. He needs to campaign with Democrat friends like Joe Leiberman. His job for the next 60 days is to woo the center. The moderates. The semi decided.
Next weekend Sarah needs to get in front of the press core and disrespect them. Humiliate them. Anger them. Tell them they are out of line. Eviscerate them like a moose. Start with Andrea Mitchell. Then Chris Matthews and finally Olbermaniac. Never let up. Crush them. The country saw what they did to you. It’s payback time. You are smart Sarah. You can do this. The middle and the right will swoon. They would love to see you beat them to a pulp.
Forget Joe Biden. He’s not important. And he’s not your opponent. Oh Sure, Sarah has to do well in the one debate, but the real opponent, the real vulnerable one is Obama. Sarah needs to go on the offense against Obama. Make him look silly. Amplify his many weaknesses. Contrast Him against John. Make it seem like anyone who even considered voting for him needs to think carefully once more. Sarah can say things about Obama that John dare not. They should not campaign together. Sarah will draw larger crowds. John can soften Sarah when he needs to.
John will still go about his business and be the centrist reformer. Washington is broken. He can tell the middle about all the times he went against the establishment. The middle loves that idea of compromise.
Sarah needs to publicly meet with Bob Barr. Photo Op. Hug him. Say nice things about him. Tell him he is needed in this battle. Ditto with Ron Paul. Agree where you can. Get the meetings on You Tube. News. The blogs. Make it clear that we can win this thing; we can defeat the common enemy if we stick together. They probably won’t back away, but the appearance will be worth it. It will siphon off support and put a magnifying glass on how these hopeless causes could lead to the worst liberal administration in history. Get the Paulites and Bar supporters to think about how they are enabling an Obama administration.
Sarah needs to go to every mega church in America. Pentecostal or Otherwise. She needs to go to meetings set up for her. She needs to speak to the conservative base. She needs to stand and say, “We need your help. We need foot soldiers”. She needs to do what the black pastors are doing anyway. Mobilize the base to hand out literature, bumper stickers, yard signs, do interviews, get people to get out and vote and raise money. Register those who will vote for John and Sarah. For those who won’t explain to them that they don’t need to register and that the vote for those voting for Obama is held on Wednesday the 5th. They can wait till then. Or offer to take their vote for Obama on the back of a napkin and you will see to it that the vote is properly administered.
The base solidly behind the Palin McCain ticket is ready to roll up sleeves and get to work. This has become a cause. To not use them is a crime. Look at what Ron Paul did. How anxious people were for overturning the mess in Washington. Let’s tap into that sentiment.
I’m glad John and Sarah have a great deal of money, but money alone won’t get it. Don’t get comfortable.
It’s time for war. Every soldier will be needed.
John needs to help those supporting Obama make the jump from supporting him much less of a leap and more of a step. A small step. That means John needs to say things that might make us all hold our noses a little. Forget it. This election is about the next 12 years. The Palin administration will rival Margaret Thatcher for reestablishing conservative values. Let’s tell ourselves the truth. These kind of people come along very seldom. We will never have a better chance than we do now.
The Palin Clinton standoff in 2012 will be a tough battle, but we can win this thing.
I have just given my best advice. Any other ideas?
By the way, I had published this advice in an email to a friend and then heard Rush Limbaugh rehearse the same thing as if he had read my strategy. I forgive him, but I didn’t steal this. It’s everything I know about winning an election. It will work.
Sarah Palin knows more truth than Joe Biden - shouldn’t that matter?
It has been widely posted, the 14 outright mistruths of Joe Biden at the debate.
Of course the MSM has skewered Sarah for her lack of grasp of all the nuances and facts.
Here’s my question. If you just make stuff up, which Joe apparently did, do facts matter? Apparently not to the Liberals.
I would rather have a President who knows truth and tells it than one who pretends to know, is lauded for knowing and lies.

From Redstate
College Economics 101 to understand the Bailout
Then the beer runs out and everyone gets concerned and thinks they might have to sober up but then just in time a pickup drives up with another keg on the back
Every one is happy again just like the stimulus package to keep everyone spending.
But now that keg is empty and everyone is going to have to sober up with a really bad hangover
Boy is it going to hurt when we wake up tomorrow.
The bailout was like aspirin to keep us from getting too much of a hangover, but we went thru two kegs
Oh man is this going to hurt when we wake up
The party’s over man.
Bummer
Messiah vs Messiah

The Photoshopped Picture of Palin was sent to me by an Obama supporter. Sort of a take on Messiah Vs Messiah. That would be ok except the picture of Obama is a serious piece of Obama Worship Art. No photoshopping there. This artist is serious. That’s how she sees Obama. God.
So are all the worshipful magazines with the Messiah on the cover. I wonder if Jesus would get this kind of fawning if he showed back up walking the earth. I guess it would depend if Jesus was a registered Republican or Democrat.

What is most disturbing about the Messianic Worship is that of Spike Lee. He said a few months ago:
[Film director Spike] Lee predicted Obama would be elected in November.
“When that happens, it will change everything. ... You’ll have to measure time
by `Before Obama’ and `After Obama,’” Lee said during the panel. “It’s an
exciting time to be alive now.” ...
“Everything’s going to be affected by this seismic change in the universe,” he
said.
-- Spike Lee, American Film Director. July 10, 2008.
What Mr Spike is saying is that after November time will no longer be AD BC. It wil be AO and BO.
Something smells here.
It’s either a Dead Chicken or a Bail Out Bill
Just to put the last week into perspective, the bail out bill does nothing. Yes it will pour money into the system. But the economy is still in the tank. Not much will come from this short term. Long term it’s up in the air.
The real reason for the bill was to give confidence and reassurance to to people so they have faith to lend money again.
They did that with a bill in congress. It was all witchcraft.
They could have just as well had a Santerian ceremony where a Santerian priest kills a chicken, slits it’s throat and then swings it all around to have blood spattered all over the NYSE. It might have given the Wall Street Types some confidence.
OR not.
That’s the problem. For the program to work, they gotta believe. If they don’t believe, it wouldn’t have helped even if the bailout would have been for 2 trillion dollars.
The chicken would have been just as good....... If they would have just believed.
And it would have been cheaper.
RUSSIA AND CHINA SHOW AMERICA THE TRUE COST OF OIL
Russia and China have introduced America and the world to the true cost of oil. It isn’t $125.00 a barrel or even $150.00 a barrel. No, no. It is much, much more expensive than that. All you have to do is ask the citizens of the nation of Georgia or those of Darfur. They will tell you that the true price of oil is blood, political freedom, and measured capitulation.
How different the world is today than the one we experienced in the early 1990s. It is so sad that the “good old days” didn’t work out the way we thought they should. Back then it seemed so clear. The Soviet Union had collapsed; leaving the United States the world’s only super power. If they needed help the U.S. business world would invest in them which would be a double-win for us. It would bring in lots of money to U.S. business markets and would further intertwine Russia’s economic future with the U.S., so as to ensure no further major tensions or “cold wars.” Russia was economically decimated and our involvement with them would likely create a kind of “grateful dependence” from them towards us – a beneficent “big brother” to them, demonstrating to the world how generous we were after all the challenges they gave us for the last fifty years. Besides that their rich resources of oil and gas would make ! both Europe and the U.S. less energy dependent on the Middle East nations with their Muslim-terrorist complications.
As for China, they were offering us a vast potential future consumer market for U.S. goods and services, plus they could be a labor-cheap source of component manufacturing for us to decrease off-shore production costs and increase net profits by lowering input costs. Another clear “win-win” was presenting itself. Obviously not much deep thinking went into the whole Russia-China strategic planning scenarios, as least that was publicly discussed. How could it all go so wrong?
China has ended up creating a massive balance-of-payments problem for the U.S. as a result of their incredible production of a vast array of low-cost products geared for western markets. Beyond that, they have also become our money-supplier by financing significant amounts of our war-on-terror budget deficits; thus potentially compromising our “independence factors” in decision-making vis-à-vis China relationships even further. Even more problematically, their thirst for energy and oil has turned them into a potential “enemy” of U.S. interests in Africa, the Middle East, and Russia. China’s oil interests in the Sudan are the number one reason the genocide in Darfur has not been halted and resolved. Add to this the likely resumption of the historical China-Russia alliances, this time over Russia’s energy resources rather than the common ideological bonds of Marxism, and one doesn’t have to be too bright to see where this could go.
Now the Russians invade Georgia and make threatening sounds towards former Eastern-European satellite nations, knowing that Europe has no military “guts” and that the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan have contained U.S. ground forces’ capabilities globally to a condition of impotence. Add to that Europe’s massive dependence on Russian energy supplies and my, my, my how the tables have turned! What we have today, folks, is a super-power with a super-hernia. But be of good courage; both Presidential candidates have assured us that they know what to do. Of course this level of problem-analysis won’t come up in the election debates, so that means that effectively these problems don’t exist. So let us go back to sleep, America, and let’s all feel good about ourselves, because that really does seem to be our national ...What?

From Up North?
I have lived in Illinois for the last 23 years. I spoke with a man from Alabama in Business today. He said, where are you calling from. I said Illinois. He retorted, “you’re not from there are you, you have a northern accent. Minnesota or North Dakota.
I admitted it. I do sound like I’m from North Dakota, because, well, you know, I am. Born and Raised. I wonder if a person ever loses the accent he grows up with?
This seems a little salient because as I listened to our next Vice President last night, I thought, man Sarah, it would be good to lose the accent. I suspect she can lose it a little, but she will always sound like she does. From Alaska. It’s cute, but is it helpful?
But then:
Kennedy always sounded like he was from Massachusetts, Carter like he was from the South, and Bush like he was from Texas.
We better get used to the Alaska accent.
OK, I have a question for our host. I have spoken with him in person. I don’t recall any accent.
ROB, any advice for our next VP and President.
