As I have posted in comments before, I believe that any Republican presidential candidate is better than all of the Democratic candidates.  Many have griped that none of them are conservative enough and that may keep them away from the polls or cause them to vote for a 3rd party candidate.  However, as Jack Cashill writes in Thanks for the best GOP line-up ever, the current front runners are a better selection than in years pasts.

Cashill writes:

I am weary, Lord, of all the complaining and caterwauling, all the cranky e-mails that tell me Fred is too lazy and Rudy is too sleazy and John is too wily and Mitt is too wobbly and Mike is too cagey and Ron is too crazy and Duncan is too dreary and Tom is too Johnny-one-note.

And none of these Republicans, by some calculus or another, is conservative enough or charismatic enough, and all of them, alas, will come a cropper in the face of just about any Democrat not named Chris Dodd.

And this, Lord, is what I hear from my right-wing friends. I ask You, have they drunk so deeply of the mainstream Kool Aid that they lost their minds or at the very least their memories?

Do they not understand that this is best crop of candidates any party has put up in years, possibly ever?

For several years the left have beaten the drum announcing that our reputations with foreign governments and countries is horrible strained because of the presidents policies.  This view was accenuated by anti-American protests here and abroad.  Like most left positions this ‘ugly’ American assertion is proving to be bilgewater.  From Britain, France Argue Which Is Closest U.S. Ally

Not to be outdone by President Sarkozy’s amorous overture to President Bush in Washington, Prime Minister Brown of Britain has used the first major foreign policy speech of his premiership to insist that Britain is America’s closest ally.

Mr. Sarkozy claimed during his visit to Washington last week that France, not Britain, is now America’s best friend and partner.

Mr. Brown, who has been portrayed on both sides of the Atlantic as having distanced himself from America to avoid the charge against his predecessor, Tony Blair, that he was Mr. Bush’s “poodle,” fought back last night, claiming in a speech at a banquet thrown by the lord mayor of the city of London that the French president’s bid to usurp Britain’s traditional place alongside America would not succeed.

”It is no secret that I am a lifelong admirer of America,” Mr. Brown said. And, in a thinly veiled reference to France’s traditional dislike of America and its culture, he added, “I have no truck with anti-Americanism in Britain or elsewhere in Europe, and I believe that our ties with America — founded on values we share — constitute our most important bilateral relationship.”

He welcomed France’s late conversion to the American cause and a similar newfound affection for America expressed by Chancellor Merkel of Germany in her visit to Mr. Bush’s ranch in Crawford, Texas, over the weekend.

Maybe these important countries are moving over to our side because we seem to be winning in Iraq and Afghanistan.  Personally I don’t care.  What’s important is that their leaders are avowing an importance to their continuing friendly relationship to the USA.

The WND article Soldiers fighting for U.S. become citizens clearly illustrates the true meaning of American citizenship.  It’s not for those who sneak across our borders to reap the benefits of our society without contributions on their part.  It’s not for those who ridicule our nation and slander our military.  American citizenship is only meaningful for those that appreciate the principles on which this country was built and are willing to give their all to preserve them.

For Veteran’s Day 2007, 178 U.S. military men and women serving in Iraq became citizens of the country for which they are fighting, the United States. Secretary of Homeland Security Michael Chertoff made the trip to Iraq’s largest airbase to preside over the legalization ceremony of servicemen and women who traced their birthplaces to more than 53 nations scattered around the globe.

In 2004, President Bush signed into law an executive order to accelerate “naturalization during a period of hostility” for those who are serving in the American military. So far, more than 4,000 have become citizens under the new law, but up to 40,000 are eligible.

Marine Cpl. Tintu Parameswar, born in India, took advantage of the immigration fast-track while deployed to Iraq. The corporal has lived in the United States since the age of three, is currently on his second tour in Fallujah and serves with the 2nd Tank Battalion.

“There are more job opportunities,” the corporal said about his decision to become a citizen. He’d like to make a career out of the military and intends to re-enlist during this tour.

One applicant, Army Staff Sgt. Daniel Brownie with 82nd Airborne, 2nd Brigade out of Fort Bragg, N. C., was born in Alberta, Canada. After middle school, high school and now the Army, Daniel has lived in the United States for most of his life.

But how did this Canadian national feel about being in Iraq and serving a country where he did not have the right to vote?

“I support our mission, I signed up for this,” said Brownie. ”I wanted to be a part of something greater than myself.”

It’s a little publicized fact many Canadians crossed the border to enlist in the U.S. military during the Vietnam War.

Of course, joining the American military meant the possibility of serving in a combat zone. Why not stay in Canada and join that service?

“I couldn’t stand up tall and tell people ‘I’m in the Canadian Army,’” he said. “I didn’t even know they had an army.”

Canadian military action is poorly viewed by a French and English-speaking public that gets nosebleeds just reading about the American military. So, how did Brownie come to have a different opinion about the American military machine?

“I love to be able to say I’m a part of the strongest military in the world.”

The staff sergeant actually re-enlisted on the 4th of July this year.

When asked his opinion on the current illegal immigration debate, he was straight-forward. ”I work in the Army and I have to go through the system, everyone else should go through the system too.”
The general opinion of the men and women who finally arrived at their destination after a long journey is that citizenship is something to be earned.

During the initial press conference before the naturalization ceremony, a reporter from Newsweek asked, “Has there been any evidence of people joining the military just to get citizenship?”

Chertoff and most of the members of the military in the room openly laughed. “There are far easier ways of doing it,” Brig. Gen. Couch said.

He’s right. Those who serve and risk their lives for a country not entirely their own have taken a harder test to naturalization than anyone else. Many servicemen killed in action have been posthumously granted citizenship.

“It’s a privilege to become an American,” said Brownie.

What American citizenship is all about..

Anyone with half a brain cell knows that human based global warming is a con job perpetrated by Algore and his minions but most don’t know the history beyond this hoax.  Now the UK Telegraph has documented the stages of deceit leading up to the current situation. 

No one can deny that in recent years the need to “save the planet” from global warming has become one of the most pervasive issues of our time. As Tony Blair’s chief scientific adviser, Sir David King, claimed in 2004, it poses “a far greater threat to the world than international terrorism”, warning that by the end of this century the only habitable continent left will be Antarctica.

Inevitably, many people have been bemused by this somewhat one-sided debate, imagining that if so many experts are agreed, then there must be something in it. But if we set the story of how this fear was promoted in the context of other scares before it, the parallels which emerge might leave any honest believer in global warming feeling uncomfortable.

The story of how the panic over climate change was pushed to the top of the international agenda falls into five main stages.

Stage one:

Stage one came in the 1970s when many scientists expressed alarm over what they saw as a disastrous change in the earth’s climate. Their fear was not of warming but global cooling, of “a new Ice Age”.

A scare is often set off - as we show in our book with other examples - when two things are observed together and scientists suggest one must have been caused by the other. In this case, thanks to readings commissioned by Dr Roger Revelle, a distinguished American oceanographer, it was observed that since the late 1950s levels of carbon dioxide in the earth’s atmosphere had been rising. Perhaps it was this increase that was causing the new warming in the 1980s?

Stage two:

Stage two of the story began in 1988 when, with remarkable speed, the global warming story was elevated into a ruling orthodoxy, partly due to hearings in Washington chaired by a youngish senator, Al Gore, who had studied under Dr Revelle in the 1960s.

But more importantly global warming hit centre stage because in 1988 the UN set up its Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (the IPCC). Through a series of reports, the IPCC was to advance its cause in a rather unusual fashion. First it would commission as many as 1,500 experts to produce a huge scientific report, which might include all sorts of doubts and reservations. But this was to be prefaced by a Summary for Policymakers, drafted in consultation with governments and officials - essentially a political document - in which most of the caveats contained in the experts’ report would not appear.

Stage three:

Kyoto initiated stage three of the story, by formally committing governments to drastic reductions in their CO2 emissions. But the treaty still had to be ratified and this seemed a good way off, not least thanks to its rejection in 1997 by the US Senate, despite the best attempts of Mr Gore.

Not the least of his efforts was his bid to suppress an article co-authored by Dr Revelle just before his death. Gore didn’t want it to be known that his guru had urged that the global warming thesis should be viewed with more caution.

One of the greatest problems Gore and his allies faced at this time was the mass of evidence showing that in the past, global temperatures had been higher than in the late 20th century.

In 1998 came the answer they were looking for: a new temperature chart, devised by a young American physicist, Michael Mann. This became known as the “hockey stick” because it showed historic temperatures running in an almost flat line over the past 1,000 years, then suddenly flicking up at the end to record levels.

It is hard to recall any scientific thesis ever being so comprehensively discredited as the “hockey stick”. Yet the global warming juggernaut rolled on regardless, now led by the European Union.

Stage four:

In 2004, thanks to a highly dubious deal between the EU and Putin’s Russia, stage four of the story began when the Kyoto treaty was finally ratified.

In the past three years, we have seen the EU announcing every kind of measure geared to fighting climate change, from building ever more highly-subsidised wind turbines, to a commitment that by 2050 it will have reduced carbon emissions by 60 per cent. This is a pledge that could only be met by such a massive reduction in living standards that it is impossible to see the peoples of Europe accepting it.

All this frenzy has rested on the assumption that global temperatures will continue to rise in tandem with CO2 and that, unless mankind takes drastic action, our planet is faced with the apocalypse so vividly described by Al Gore in his Oscar-winning film An Inconvenient Truth.

Stage five:

Yet recently, stage five of the story has seen all sorts of question marks being raised over Gore’s alleged consensus. For instance, he claimed that by the end of this century world sea levels will have risen by 20 ft when even the IPCC in its latest report, only predicts a rise of between four and 17 inches.There is also of course the harsh reality that, wholly unaffected by Kyoto, the economies of China and India are now expanding at nearly 10 per cent a year, with China likely to be emitting more CO2 than the US within two years.

More serious, however, has been all the evidence accumulating to show that, despite the continuing rise in CO2 levels, global temperatures in the years since 1998 have no longer been rising and may soon even be falling.

From Brits in record numbers go abroad for health care

More than 70,000 Britons will have treatment abroad this year, the London Sunday Telegraph reported, a number that is forecast to rise to 200,000 by 2010.

India is the most popular destination for surgery, followed by Hungary, Turkey, Germany, Malaysia, Poland and Spain. According to the survey conducted by Treatment Abroad, “health tourists” from the UK travel to 48 countries.

Costs for the NHS have risen due to increased bureaucracy that prevents nurses from seeing patients and increased compensation to general practitioners that have seen their earnings rise over 50 percent in the last three years.

Health tourists are courted on the Internet by foreign doctors and hospitals that offer consultations online or with agents in the UK. Cost of a heart-bypass operation in India, including the flight and hotel, are less than half what the same would cost at a private British hospital. The shortage of dentists in Britain is being met by dentists in Hungary.

“The confidence that the public has in NHS hospitals has been shattered by the growth of hospital infections and this government’s failure to make a real commitment to tackling it,” said Katherine Murphy, of the Patients’ Association. “People are simply frightened of going to NHS hospitals, so I am not surprised the numbers going abroad are increasing so rapidly. My fear is that most people can’t afford to have private treatment – whether in this country or abroad.”

Yep, National Health Care is the solution for free health care for everybody.

I’ve not been happy with the idea of natural causes for the California fires.  Natural fire cause are almost always lightening strikes which are very unlikely in an area suffering from drought.  Additionally fires that spontaneusly start in several different areas are always suspected to be caused by arson.  But were the alleged arsonists Islamic terrorists?  Well, according to the WND article, there is a distinct possibility.  From California fires spark suspicion of terror again

California authorities have confirmed some of the wildfires that have triggered the evacuation of about a million people and burned 1,600 structures with damages at more than $1 billion were set deliberately, and a terror watch organization says the circumstances match terror plans the FBI alerted law enforcement to several years ago.

“In 2003 an FBI memo alerted law enforcement agencies that an al-Qaida terrorist being held in detention had talked of masterminding a plot to set a series of devastating forest fires around the western United States,”

Terrorist related arsons have been reported in France and are a frequent occurence in Israel.

In blazes across Europe that year, there was evidence terrorists may have contributed. Authorities said after fires swept through the Moures mountains near the French Riviera, investigators found Molotov cocktails – gasoline bombs – at the ignition point for fires that killed at least four and destroyed 50 homes.

In fact, Arab terrorists in Israel have started dozens of major forest fires over the years.

As far back as 1988, Israeli police caught more than a dozen Palestinian adults in the act of setting fires, while other Arabs confessed to arson after arrest. Some fires followed specific calls by underground Arab terrorists. A leaflet issued by the Palestinian uprising’s underground leadership called for “the destruction and burning of the enemy’s properties, industry and agriculture.”

Government Social Workers who attempt to usurp parential rights epitomize the worst aspects of the nanny state.  All too often, social workers abuse parents constitutional rights in their zeal to interfere with parenting in some way. However in this one case, the social workers went too far and are having to answer in a law suit.  In Court rules social workers must follow law

A federal court has ruled that social workers have to respect the U.S. Constitution regarding privacy and parental rights, and if they don’t they may be held liable. 

U.S. District Judge Earl H. Carroll ordered that a lawsuit by the family against the social workers and sheriff will be allowed to continue, because the social workers’ concerns were based on “an anonymous tip that the … Loudermilk children were being neglected and that plaintiffs’ home was uninhabitable.”

The ruling comes in an Arizona case in which social workers, accompanied by Maricopa County deputy sheriffs, made unsupported threats to place a family’s children in custody and arrest the parents if they were not allowed to make what ended up being an allegedly illegal search of the family’s home.

Under duress, the family allowed the social workers and deputies inside, who found nothing wrong, the report said.

But as a result of the search, the family sued the social workers and others citing the violation of their Fourth Amendment rights in the search, and violations of their 14th Amendment rights to privacy and family integrity because of the threats>“There you have it, [social agencies and workers] cannot threaten parents with court orders or the removal of children because parents assert their Fourth and 14th Amendment rights and refuse to cooperate,” added Thomas Dutkiewicz, of the Connecticut DCF Watch organization.

“Parents do not have to cooperate with DCF whatsoever and DCF employees have to go away when parents deny them access to their home and children,” he said. “DCF workers here in Connecticut are trained and instructed in this unconstitutional practice in order to conduct an unreasonable search and seizure of the home and child. They are to lie and threaten any way they can. All parents who were threatened should file a federal lawsuit against DCF, their workers, their supervisors and the police.”

Only time will tell if a threat of a lawsuit will reign in governments interference with parential rights but this is still a blow to nanny state. (more...)

A lot of you know who Michael Totten is.  He and Michael Yon have been two of the few journalistic voices in Irsq that one can count on for real unbiased reporting.  Totten has written a 2 part series on what is taking place in Anbar province formerly a principle post for the Al Qaeda.  In his latest addition Anbar Awakens Part II: Hell is Over Totten reports how things have dramatically changed.

In early 2007 Ramadi, the capital of Iraq’s Anbar Province, was one of the most violent war-torn cities on Earth. By late spring it was the safest major city in Iraq outside Kurdistan.

Abu Musab Al Zarqawi’s Al Qaeda in Iraq had seized control with the tacit blessing of many local civilians and leaders because they promised to fight the Americans. But Al Qaeda’s rule of Ramadi was vicious and cruel. They turned out not to be liberators at all, but the Taliban of Mesopotamia.

Al Qaeda met resistance, after a time, from the Iraqis and responded with a horrific murder and intimidation campaign against even children. The Sunni Arabs of Ramadi then rejected Al Qaeda so utterly they forged an alliance with the previously detested United States Army and Marine Corps and purged the terrorists from their lands.

Whether Anbar Province is freshly christened pro-American ground or whether the newly founded Iraqi-American alliance is merely temporary and tactical is hard to say. Whatever the case, the region is no longer a breeding ground for violent anti-American and anti-Iraqi forces.

“As of July 30,” Major Peters said in early August, “we’ve have 81 days in the city with zero attacks since March 31.”

“We’ve had only one attack in our area of operations in the past couple of months,” said Captain Jay McGee at the Blue Diamond base. He was referring to the Jazeera area immediately north of the city and including the suburbs. “And we haven’t had a single car bomb in our area since February.”

The Al Qaeda have not given up but they no longer have the support of the Sunni people.  Even the Arab news agencies realizes that.

The key is to kill existing terrorists and prevent additional recruitment. Al Qaeda must have a safe haven or they will barely be able to operate.”

That doesn’t mean they can’t operate at all, but it does mean they can’t control territory, work out in the open, or oppress others from above. They are hunted now and must spend an enormous amount of energy avoiding detection instead of stirring up trouble. The former would-be “liberators” have become hated fiends who lurk in the shadows and lash out in rage at the society that has rejected them. Victory for them, in this place, is all but impossible now.

“Having the Arabic press note that AQI [Al Qaeda in Iraq] is rejected by Sunni Arab Iraqis is better than any message we could ever put out,” Major Lee Peters said.

Important progress is being achieved in Iraq toward winning the war against Islamic terrorism.  Too bad that isn’t reflected in the national news media.

Remember Jesse McBeth?  It seems so long ago that the lies of this faker were uncovered by blogosphere.  Well Jesse has had his day in Federal court where he has admited he is a fake.

A Washington man, whose claims to have slaughtered civilians as a U.S. Army Ranger in Iraq were seen by millions on YouTube, admitted in federal court in Seattle today that he was a fake and a liar.

Jesse Adam Macbeth, 23, pleaded guilty to charges he faked his war record.

“He was in the Army for 40 days before he was kicked out of boot camp for being unfit,” said U.S. Attorney Jeffrey C. Sullivan.  “He was never in Iraq.”

For all the bad publicity he created against the military, he gets a slap on the wrist.

Macbeth, the phony U.S. soldier who claimed to have committed atrocities, was sentenced to five months in jail.

The article didn’t say if the leftists that used Jesse were at his trial to support him.  More than likely after getting their mileage out of him, they dumped like spoiled meat.

In Matthew 7, there is an exortation from Christ to beware of false prophets

."Beware of false prophets who come to you disguised as sheep but underneath are ravenous wolves.  You will be able to tell then by their fruits.”

I have had a suspicion that Mohammed was one of those ‘false prophets’ and was therefore inspired to examine the question more thoroughly. 

A web search found this interesting article concerning Mohammed and Allah specifically and Islam in general.

Let’s take a look at the faith of Mohammed. When he was born in Mecca in 570 AD, the black Kaaba Stone was the religious center of all Arabia. In Mohammed’s day, 365 idols were worshipped there, standing in the great courtyard. One of those deities was called Allah and was the god of the Quarish tribe, of which Mohammed was a member. When the Quarish tribe took control of Mecca, all the idols except Allah, the idol of their tribe, were destroyed.

Many people would like you to believe that Allah is just another name for the Judeo/Christian god but clearly Allah is not.  Many of the obvious differences between the Islamic god and the Judeo/Christian god are given in the article.

Allah is an impersonal being, impossible to approach or comprehend. The Bible’s God befriends men like Abraham (Is. 41:8) and talks with them (Gen 18:23ff)! He loved us so much He sent His only begotten Son to die for us! (John 3:16)

Allah is a god of fear and terrorism that commands destruction upon those who refuse to convert to Islam. The Bible’s God delights to show His boundless mercy. His gospel is the “Good News” of peace and forgiveness.

Allah requires total obedience to Islam and weighs the works of people. Allah and the Koran relegate Jesus to just the last prophet before Mohammed, below his authority. Jesus was not the Way, and could only point the way to Mohammed. The Bible’s God can only be reached through Jesus Christ and trust in Him is the only way to Heaven. (John 14:6).

The author sums it up nicely.

In the light of Allah’s actual origin and his radical difference from the God of the Bible, we must conclude that Allah is not God. Nor is the name, Allah, a generic Mid-East name for God, as even many Christians think. Allah is the name of a false god who can not save anyone from anything. Rather, through his false prophet, Mohammed, he continues to lead hundreds of millions into eternal darkness.

When did the global warming hoax die? Historians are likely to pinpoint 2007. It will take another decade to insure it cannot be revived, but the avalanche of scientific studies and the cumulative impact of scientists who have publicly joined those who debunked the lies on which it has been based will be noted as the tipping point.

The hoax has mainly been a creation of the United Nations Environmental Program and took off in earnest with the 1992 Earth Summit. It culminated in 1997 with the Kyoto Climate Control Protocol, an agreement to reduce the generation of carbon dioxide, a

“greenhouse” gas (CO2) said to be the cause of an accelerated warming of the earth.

The United States refused to ratify the Kyoto Protocol and, at one point, the U.S. Senate unanimously passed a resolution rejecting it. This has not kept the U.S. from spending billions on so-called “climate research” intended to address climate change with the aim of reducing or capturing CO2 emissions.

Recently we have the debunking of 1998 as the hotest year this century. 

In August, it was revealed that NASA scientists had corrected an error that resulted in 1934 replacing 1998 as the warmest year on record in the U.S. Repeatedly the data put forth to justify the global warming hoax has been debunked.

As Dr. David Wojick recently noted, “The real significance is that such a small correction can make such a big difference. The reason is that the much touted warming of the last three decades is merely a return to earlier warm times, after an equally long period of cooling…There is no way this pattern constitutes a warming trend…In short, there is no evidence for human-induced global warming in the U.S. temperature record.”

For the techies (and others) who blog and comment here, this intriguing article describes a technology breakthrough in capacitive storage that allows an small automobile to travel 500 miles on a 5 second charge.

An Austin-based startup called EEStor promised “technologies for replacement of electrochemical batteries,” meaning a motorist could plug in a car for five minutes and drive 500 miles roundtrip between Dallas and Houston without gasoline.

The device is basically a capacitor.

EEStor’s secret ingredient is a material sandwiched between thousands of wafer-thin metal sheets, like a series of foil-and-paper gum wrappers stacked on top of each other. Charged particles stick to the metal sheets and move quickly across EEStor’s proprietary material.The result is an ultracapacitor, a battery-like device that stores and releases energy quickly

Capacitors are not considered to be long duration energy storage devices so this could be a monumental technological breakthrough.

Batteries rely on chemical reactions to store energy but can take hours to charge and release energy. The simplest capacitors found in computers and radios hold less energy but can charge or discharge instantly. Ultracapacitors take the best of both, stacking capacitors to increase capacity while maintaining the speed of simple capacitors.

Of course, there is a lot of skepticism. 

Yet the speculation and skepticism have continued, fueled by the company’s original assertion of making batteries obsolete

However, the founders of the company have excellent credentials.

EEStor’s founders have a track record. Richard D. Weir and Carl Nelson worked on disk-storage technology at IBM Corp. in the 1990s before forming EEStor in 2001. The two have acquired dozens of patents over two decades

And they have a customer that believes that their technology is real

."It’s a paradigm shift,” said Ian Clifford, chief executive of Toronto-based ZENN Motor Co., which has licensed EEStor’s invention. “The Achilles’ heel to the electric car industry has been energy storage. By all rights, this would make internal combustion engines unnecessary.”

Technological breakthrough claims are often made that are not realized.  Even when a concept is proven in the laboratory, bringing it into production may be impractical.  This is definitely a ‘wait and see’ proposition.

An official state inspection of Arizona public schools reveals that many students are being taught English by Spanish-speaking teachers whose command of English is so poor that the officials can barely understand them.

The recent inspection revealed teachers providing instruction in Spanish instead of the legally required English, students unable to answer questions in English, and teachers’ instructions such as “Sometimes, you are not gonna know some.”

The results of the inspections were reported by the Arizona Republic, which concluded hundreds of students in the state are trying to learn English from teachers who don’t know the language.

The inspections found teachers who are unable to use English grammar and cannot pronounce English words. The “You are not gonna know” comment came from a Mesa teacher instructing a classroom filled with students trying to learn English.

From a Casa Grande Elementary District teacher came, “read me first how it was before,” and a Phoenix teacher at Creighton Elementary asked, “If you have problems, to who are you going to ask?”

State officials each year visit classrooms where children are learning English. Of the 32 school districts visited last year, there were problems at about one-third.

“Some teachers’ English was so poor that even state officials strained to understand them,” the assessment found. “At a dozen districts, evaluators found teachers who ignored state law and taught in Spanish.”

The visits, which lasted from one to three days, discovered teachers did not know grammar or pronunciation. “In one classroom, the teacher’s English was ‘labored and arduous.’ Other teachers were just difficult to understand. Some teachers pronounced ‘levels’ as ‘lebels’ and ‘much’ as ‘mush,’” the newspaper reported.

I’m not sure what to make out of this sordid mess but I don’t know how these incompetants could teach in this fashion without the knowledge of the school administrations.

Homosexual activists are notable for their intolerance as they attempt to shove their agendas down the throats of the ‘straight’ majority.  Some evidence of this is brought out by the actions of admitted homosexualist Ian Mckellan who was Gandalf in the Lord of the Rings

British Actor Ian McKellen who has used the mega-stardom he achieved playing Gandalf in the Lord of the Rings films to promote homosexuality, has admitted to ripping out pages of hotel bibles that refer to homosexuality.

“Yes it is true,” responded McKellen in even tones.  “Its Leviticus 18:22 that I object to, or is it 22:18, I’ve always got to look it up.  Thou shalt not lie with a man as with a woman, it is an abomination. And they, I think the punishment for an abomination was being stoned to death,” he said.

McKellen added, “I think it’s rather obscene and pornographic, and shouldn’t be there, so I remove it.”

Why would a homosexual resort to such tactics unless they found some truth in that bible passage that they couldn’t face?

J.R. Tolkien the creator of the Lord of Rings trilogy would probably taken exception to Mckellans actions.

Ironically, the genius behind the story which gave McKellen his current pedestal - J.R. Tolkien - held that homosexuality was a disorder and was a staunch defender of traditional Catholic teaching on sexual morality.

Tolkien’s thoughts on human sexuality are most clearly represented in his personal writings.  In Tolkein’s letter to his then-21 year old son Michael, he warned that illicit sexuality is one of the prime dangers for souls.  “The devil is endlessly ingenious, and sex is his favorite subject,” he wrote. 

Leviticus and other passages of the bible critical of homosexuality were written thousands of years ago.  Now if the homosexuals get their way, all of this will be censored.

* The greatest amount of illegal campaign contributions from abroad.

And, already the Clintons are looking at another major fundraising scandal in the face.

This is the Clinton legacy that will be brought back into the White House if Hillary is elected president.
