MonaLisa Johnson was on her way from El Paso with the couple’s three children to visit her husband, but she lost control of the vehicle and hit the shoulder, flipping and rolling at least four times. Logan Johnson, 2, and Ashley Johnson, 5, were thrown from the vehicle as it rolled and both were pronounced dead shortly after the accident. The mother suffered abrasions and contusions. Tyler Johnson, 9, suffered serious head injuries and was in critical condition in a medically induced coma late Monday at Children’s Medical Center in Dallas, Schmidt said.

Whoopi Goldberg made it clear that she holds the US in contempt on today’s edition of ‘The View’ on ABC. Goldberg, who is the official host of the show, made a comparison of the US’ so-called “nationalism” mentality to that of Nazi Germany. GOLDBERG: Well, I think because one of the things that happens when you get nationalism whipped up in a country is people start going “yeah it’s them, it’s not us, it’s them, it’s not us, let’s go get them!” We saw it happen. We saw it happen here. People started saying, “oh, yeah, it’s all those people, you know, those people from other countries, you know, the ones that wear stuff over their heads and they’re coming over here. And all those illegal people, they’re coming, we’ve got to get rid of them. And we got to get-” And so everybody starts going, “yeah, we’ve got to take care of it, yeah, we got to take care of it.” And it’s so easy to fall into it. HARRIS: It is a mob mentality, sure. Sometimes life just isn’t fair and occassionally it is incredibly cruel. Spc. John Austin Johnson, was recovering at Brooke Army Medical Center from wounds in battle and while his family was enroute to visit him, a freak wind rolled their car and two of his children were killed.

Schwarzenegger signs law banning anything perceived as negative to ‘gays’ “Mom and Dad” as well as “husband and wife” have been banned from California schools under a bill signed by Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger, who with his signature also ordered public schools to allow boys to use girls restrooms and locker rooms, and vice versa, if they choose.

“Arnold Schwarzenegger has delivered young children into the hands of those who will introduce them to alternative sexual lifestyles,” said Randy Thomasson, president of Campaign for Children and Families, which worked to defeat the plans. “This means children as young as five years old will be mentally molested in school classrooms.

“Shame on Schwarzenegger and the Democrat politicians for ensuring that every California school becomes a homosexual-bisexual-transsexual indoctrination center,” he said.

Jack Rogers, professor of Theology Emeritus at San Francisco Theological Seminary, is trying to get a positive word out in the Christian churches about the gay and lesbian community and thinks churches should be leading the charge for their equal rights [I do not agree!].

“I’m trying to help people understand that the Bible rightly interpreted, which I would think is through the lens of Jesus’ redemptive life and ministry ... Does not condemn Christian people who are gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgendered [Right He does not condemn the homosexual, but He does condemn homosexuality] ,” said Rogers, according to The Lawrence Journal-World.

California voted to preserve the traditional family when they passed a referendum to make marriage only between one man and one woman; but the liberal governor, legislature and judiciary have decided to overturn the will of the people using clever linguistic gymnastics to end the concept of marraige in this state.

“The California Senate has approved a plan to replace “man and woman” in state references to marriage with “two persons,” establishing a same-sex marriage procedure in the state that just seven years ago voted to limit marriage to one man and one woman.

The 22-15 vote came on homosexual Assemblyman Mark Leno’s proposal to open marriage to any pair in the state, not just those couples made up of a man and a woman. All Republicans opposed AB43, while all but three Democratic senators supported it.

The bill now goes to Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger for his signature or veto. He has given ambiguous signals about his support for the latest proposal, but earlier vetoed a similar proposal. However, in Schwarzenegger’s answers to questions from the state Supreme Court he suggested the “use of the words ‘marry’ and ‘marriage’ is not required by the California Constitution. Thus, the name of the legal relationship now known as ‘marriage’ could be changed.”

As WND has reported, Schwarzenegger has expressed the opinion that legally, the term “marriage” can be terminated, because registered “domestic partners” already have all of the same legal rights, benefits, duties and obligations as married couples.

“Sen. Larry Craig, R-Idaho, didn’t have to plead guilty to sex charges stemming from a men’s room encounter with an undercover cop in Minnesota.”

“All he had to do was hand the police officer a copy of the U.S. Constitution – the document the senator swore to uphold upon first taking office in Congress 27 years earlier.”

“There is little ambiguity in Article 1: Section 6, which clearly states no member of Congress can be arrested while traveling to or from official session.”

“The Senators and Representatives shall receive a compensation for their services, to be ascertained by law, and paid out of the treasury of the United States. They shall in all cases, except treason, felony and breach of the peace, be privileged from arrest during their attendance at the session of their respective Houses, and in going to and returning from the same; and for any speech or debate in either House, they shall not be questioned in any other place.”
