Yes, the news media went nuts accusing Duke Univerity Lacrosse Players or rape and until the last moment assuming absolute guilt. But, since this actual rape (below) occured there has not been one word in the MSM linking this rape to the fact the boy (victim) was adopted and being raised Gay parents.

News coverage of a Duke University official accused of raping his adopted 5-year-old son and offering the child to someone else is apparently lacking what some say is a key piece of information: the fact the alleged perpetrator is a homosexual who lives with another “gay” man.

Frank Lombard, associate director of the Health Inequalities Program at the university’s Center for Health Policy, was arrested last Wednesday in Raleigh, N.C., for attempting to induce someone to cross state lines to engage in sex with the child, who is black.

The arrest affidavit goes into graphic detail of Lombard’s alleged actions, including alleged performance of oral sex with the child in front of a webcam, and sodomizing the boy with his finger and tongue. It also prominently cites the fact that Lombard is a homosexual living with another “gay” man.

In his online profile, Lombard reportedly describes himself as “perv dad for fun.”

“The Duke lacrosse case was front page news everywhere, professors were signing statements of protest, another professor threatened to resign in protest when the students were readmitted to Duke when found innocent. Could it be the liberal media and professors are as afraid of the gay lobby as Obama is, since this could harm the gay adoption activists?”

Take a clue from the authorities granted by the bill:

To execute and serve warrants;
To make arrests without warrants;
To carry firearms;
To enforce federal laws enacted to protect persons or property;
To prevent breaches of the peace and suppress affrays or unlawful assemblies. …

There are other authorities, but let’s focus on this last one: “To prevent breaches of the peace and suppress affrays (Fight or Noisy Assembly) or unlawful assemblies.” What is an unlawful assembly? Any assembly that is not authorized by government is unlawful. Should an irate society decide to hold a tea party even if government refused to authorize it, then there must be a reliable federal law enforcement army to “suppress” the unlawful assembly. Local police cannot be trusted to “suppress” an assembly of their neighbors.

In Germany, this police force was called the Gestapo. In Germany, the people who resisted the nationalization of anything were immediately branded as “right-wing extremist” and denounced and ridiculed by government officials and by the press. These people who assemble peacefully to protest government policies are described as “Astroturf” pawns of corporate interests by Speaker Pelosi, and as “ignorant rednecks” by Janeane Garofalo. Assemblies such as these were outlawed in 1930s Germany. They can be outlawed, and are being outlawed or otherwise prevented, in this country today.

Americans can’t comprehend the possibility that the federal government could ever become as oppressive as Germany in the 1930s. Think again. How many bills are now floating around that seek to either register guns or outlaw them completely? Is this why the Democrats in Washington now want to create a federal domestic police force?

When you consider how the DNC (Mahdi Obama) forced protestors into chain link enclosures (Concentration Camps) a long distance from their convention, multiple arrests in various cities for people peacefully marching on sidewalks near a gay rally as an example; and a host of other recent examples of the government retraining free speech in the public square and then adding cities and states that want to outlaw private gun ownership; and I don’t think the above scenario is all that much a fantasy!

A council has halted plans to place a ten-year-old Catholic boy in the care of homosexual foster parents against the wishes of his mother.

The case was highlighted last month by The Mail on Sunday, the day before the boy was due to arrive at his new home, a hotel in Brighton run by a middle-aged male couple.

Brighton and Hove Council has now told the mother it is reviewing its decision after her lawyer argued it was obliged to try to place the boy with foster parents of the same faith.

The boy is a churchgoer and his mother, who is too ill to look after him, wanted him to be fostered by heterosexual parents in line with Catholic teaching on the family.

She said last night: ‘I am so happy and relieved. So is my son. Our religion is very important to us.’

Well, I would say that gay couples are not qualified in any manner or form to adopt or foster any child. For one thing, it has been demonstarted that children raised in such homes tend to a greater degree to experiment sexually with same gender people and more of them are gay when adults. They are also more likely to suffer molestation. This is child abuse.

It is by any reasonable measure wrong to allow a child to ever be placed up for adoption or foster parenting unless the couple fostering or adopting share the same religous faith as the child, whether the adoptive or foster parents are gay or straight.

Considering the long term emotional, spiritual and moral being of the child, if any reasonable chance exists that the birth parents will be able in the future to regain their ability to parent; or if any acceptable blood relative is available to foster parent or adopt or just have legal power over the child, then all efforts in that direction should be exhausted before the child is sent to live with non-blood relatives and in the end, since gay-marriage is an oxymoron, gay couples should be disqualified from raising children - period!

U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder says a homosexual activist who is attacked following a Christian minister’s sermon about homosexuality would be protected by a proposed new federal law, but a minister attacked by a homosexual wouldn’t be.

”[Sen.] Jeff Sessions [R-Ala.] presents a hypothetical where a minister gives a sermon, quotes the Bible about homosexuality and is thereafter attacked … by a gay activist because of what the minister said about his religious beliefs and what Scripture says about homosexuality. “In other words: ministers and whites are not covered by the hate crime statute because we’re talking about crimes that have a historic basis, groups who have been targeted for violence as a result of their skin color, sexual orientation. Holder also fumbled repeatedly in searching for answers to questions from several of the senators. He repeatedly failed to cite cases when asked to by senators that in recent years have been “improperly prosecuted,” a video reveals.

Holder emphatically said most Americans are not given equal protection with homosexuals (and homosexual pedophiles) by the hate bill. Holder also presented no evidence that states are failing to prosecute hate crimes and need big government to get involved!

”This could create a chilling effect on religious speech, connecting innocent expression of religious belief to acts of violence against individuals afforded special protections,” he wrote. “The criminalization of religious speech, such as speech against the practice of homosexuality, has already been seen in other countries with similar hate crimes legislation in place.”

Some people are going to be put in jail for things that they say,” he said. “Hate crime legislation. That’s where they determine what’s in your mind when you commit a crime. That’s when they decide what you were thinking … If you were thinking unapproved thoughts, that would make the crime you committed even worse.”

Special rights for homosexuals, when they claim they only want equal rights!

This is about criminalyzing religious speech, violating the First Amendment, because Gays don’t like it when people of faith speak out against homosexuality as being a sin.

We will see in coming years, not many years away now, ministers and Christians losing their jobs, paying huge fines that will destroy their families, doing long prison time and much worse, only because they choose to believe Scripture and teach what Scripture teaches.

A revolution in attitudes towards gay men and lesbians is indicated in a poll which shows that a majority of the public want homosexuals to share identical rights to everyone else.

Just 40 years after homosexual acts were legalised, and only nine years since the age of consent was equalised, 61 per cent of the public want gay couples to be able to marry just like the rest of the population, not just have civil partnerships.

Half (49 per cent) believe that gay couples should have equal adoption rights, eight years after it became legal for them to adopt in a highly controversial move by Tony Blair.

Overall, 68 per cent of the public back “full equal rights” for gay men and lesbians, suggesting that the Church, the final bastion of formal discrimination, is out of touch with public opinion.

What is being billed as the first-ever Atheist Film Festival and featuring a large number of films that largely address religion will be held in San Francisco Sunday – and it lumps Jesus along with Zeno, Flying Saucers, The Flying Spaghetti Monster and Eden.

The U.S. Navy has ordered a chat group gathered on a special website the military set up for families of service members to drop the word “Christian” from its title.

It also has changed the website’s rules to ban all “religious discussions” because such speech “contradicts our purpose by creating unnecessary divisions among site members.”

The issue was exposed by officials with Liberty Counsel, a public interest law firm that has written to Navy Secretary Ray Mabus demanding that the censorship on the NavyforMoms.com website be reversed.

“The prohibition of religious groups and religious speech on Navy for Moms by the United States Navy is unconstitutional,” said the letter dispatched also to the private company engaged by the Navy to operate the site.

“The government simply may not create a forum and then proclaim religious views are not welcome as that is blatant viewpoint discrimination, absolutely prohibited by the First Amendment. Even if the restrictions were evaluated as content restrictions, the United Sates Navy could not withstand the strict scrutiny required by the Supreme Court for analyzing the restrictions,” the letter, signed by attorney David Corry on behalf of Liberty Counsel, said.

“The use of the name ‘Christian’ cannot violate the Establishment Clause since it is purely private, occurs in a designated public forum, and has been publicly announced and open to all on equal terms,” he wrote.

The issue developed at the Navy for Moms site, which explains it is “for mothers of kids in the U.S. Navy and for Moms who have questions about Navy life for their kids.”

The Navy has long been anti-Christ, even punishing Chaplains for using Jesus name. Sadly, the majority of soldiers and sailors look to Christ for comfort and hope, but the Navy simply hates Jesus.

City corrals Christians at weekend Arab fest
Judge won’t let ministry deliver tracts on sidewalks

A federal judge has upheld a decision by festival organizers in Dearborn, Mich., which is about 30 percent Muslim, to ban a Christian ministry from handing out religious information on public sidewalks.

The ruling came from U.S. District Judge Nancy Edmonds and affects this weekend’s celebration but will not affect the free speech lawsuit over the event, filed by the Thomas More Law Center and the Becker Law Firm.

The case is being brought on behalf of the Arabic Christian Perspective, a Christian group that ministers to Muslims. According to the Thomas More Law Center, Pastor George Saieg and scores of his volunteers have visited Dearborn for the city’s Arab International Festival to hand out religious information several times.

Let’s face it, what we are talking about here is the end of freedom of speech in the public square in America for CHRISTIANS, which also means and end to Freedom of Religion in America, for CHRISTIANS.

If peaceful political or religious speech on a public sidewalk by a few people can be denied to Christians for fear of offending anyone, in this case Muslims, then free, peaceful political speech on a public sidewalk can be denied to anyone for any cause.

This means any local community and state may abrogate any part of the Bill of Rights for any cause, which is what Sotomayor suggest is the case for the 2nd Amendment. If even the anti-religious do not oppose this attack on the Bill of Rights, then they will have no moral grounds upon which to fight against any of our rights being taken away.
